This is the kind of taco trucks I like, fast friendly and affordable. The asada torta was very good with generous amount of meat but the spinach and cheese tamal was super good and liked how it came with a side of sour cream. Wasn't a fan of the salsa though.
Best lengua burrito I've had in a minute
Wanted to try another Mexican food truck in Bellingham and unfortunately the Chihuahua Taco Truck did not meet the mark. Ordered a carnitas burrito with cheese and extra salsa. Was told the extra salsa would cost extra. No worries, and proceeded with the order. Upon opening my plastic bag, my burrito only had two salsa plastic caps (I didn't receive the extras that I paid for, I should have checked).My first bite was a wonderful experience of shredded lettuce, it wasn't until my third attempt when I discovered the carnitas (no cheese), my second thru 5th attempt was intermittent chewy fat..Sorry, Chihuahua, I always give a follow-on try but not with you. good luck

Ok Mexican food. I hear their food is much better at their restaurant.
My family of 4 dined here and all of us thought our meal was amazing! The carnitas (burrito and platter) was succulent, juicy and flavorful, as was the chicken (quesadilla & taco). Rice and beans and extras (sour cream & guacamole) all top notch. Would definitely be happy to eat here again and again and again!
The Al Pastor Torta was delicious! Seriously it is a must try. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.
