Nice spot, good food. I had the Teriyaki Chicken and Mongolian bento box with fried rice and steamed vegetables. Everything arrived hot and was nicely seasoned.It was a little pricey ($15) but considering the location, taste and being filling it was worth it.
We have enjoyed our previous visits (last one a year ago), but after this visit will not be returning. It started with the online reservation system: it said we would be seated between 12 - 27 minutes after booking, but after waiting 45 minutes the hostess said that our table was given away - we were there the entire time! Once seated (noticing that there were many empty tables, so there was no reason for the wait), our order was ineptly taken with the result that two dishes were incorrect. Once we did get them we found them to be very salty (which explains why the menu offers a "low salt" option). With such a decline in service and quality we will, sadly, not be returning again.
The ramen was surprisingly flavorful and really tasty. They also have various Japanese foods but they main focus is ramen. The food was consistent and reasonably priced. Average price per person: $12-15
Lovely decor, nice food, friendly efficient service. Stopped in for lunch with my daughter the Ramen expert. She gave it 5* and she tries Ramen from around the world. The food was great the service was fast and friendly.
Great fast food place! Overall the food is tasty and always fresh, I like the beef with string beans. The downside is the noodles- which don’t taste like anything but oily pasta (please fix this!) What makes it great is the staff, they are super nice and friendly!

Good place for a quick and payable lunch. It's a busy panda express during lunch so everything is fresh.
We again went to this restaurant thinking that there might have been improvements over the time. But there was none! The Mall does not have a food court and one has to chose a full service restaurant for meals which sometimes becomes time consuming. That is why the visitors to the Mall chose Panda Express for fast food. Taste is hopeless, preparations are not good and a fishy smell comes in the area. Service also is poor compared to many other locations of Panda Express. Vegetarian People, please do not go to this restaurant as they do not have good options for you, fried rice also smells fishy! Chow Mein is half cooked. The kids also did not like the "Kids Meal" - orange chicken was equally bad!
Kizuki was packed with people lining out the door when we arrived at dinner time, but thankfully we were able to leave our number and kill some time (no difficulty of that in Bellevue Square!). However, the food was nonetheless slightly disappointing for the hour wait. We ordered Takoyaki for the table, which tasted of primarily dough, and a measly octopus piece. The three of us ordered their chashu shoyu ramen (normal & reduced salt), and the spicy ramen (reduced salt). All three were incredibly salty. Comparing the normal and reduced salt of the same ramen side by side, we could not taste a difference, and were convinced they just forgot. The chashu pork was also disappointingly thin. However, I must give a huge thumbs up for their soft-boiled egg, which was had absolutely phenomenal flavor and texture.
If you are looking for a nice sit down meal in Bellevue Square with good food that is not too fancy, Kizuki is a great option. Delicious ramen and fast service. There can sometimes be quite a long line so try to go at non-meal times (like 2:30 pm) to get a table more easily. Highly recommend!
