Consistently the fastest fast food you will find, especially in Bellevue. For being fast food downtown they are still faster than any other location, and always friendly!
The cashier Selenia is VERY RUDE. Ordered at 10:38 AM on Jan. 15. She is very impatient and blame me for everything. Do not bring your bad mood to the customer.
Horrible drive thru crew. Calling customer curse words in Spanish thinking we can’t understand. Wendy’s ??? Hire better humans. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Fast, warm, delicious. Pleasantly surprised! Picked up a number 6 meal with ice tea. Everything was perfect temp and the drive-thru process was seamless.
bro. how do you mess up an order so bad? i asked for a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and 4 spicy chicken nuggets, but instead, i receive 1 large fry, 2 hamburgers, and 4 regular chicken nuggets. as someone who works at a fast food, it is not that hard to look and pick the right food to put in a bag. wendy would expect better from this place ?????
The service this evening was slow. I went inside for my order and the one guy I could see was stretching, not apparently doing anything, and then he eventually turned and asked someone different to take my order. They eventually came to the counter to assist me. What I ordered tasted alright, no real complaints there.
Drive through was fast and efficient. My drive through order was filled quickly & precisely. The window staff was super friendly!
The food is good and service fast, but the lady that takes orders (I think her name was Selenia) is very rude. I would recommend putting her in a position where she doesn’t have customer interaction.
In line at 10:25 a.m. along with four others. Noone came to the counter for 8 minutes until 10:33 a.m. at which time the manager came up and told us breakfast was over. We all left. She didn't care. This Wendy's is so poorly run. They need new management. Just awful customer service. Don't go here. Dave Thomas would be ashamed.
