love love tra!! i’m obsessed with their osmanthus milk tea, it’s a flavor i can’t seem to find anywhere else. their fruit flavored lemonades are also amazing. i absolutely recommend tra to anyone, but i will say their tapioca isn’t very sweet, which doesn’t bother me given the sweetness of the milk teas themselves. 10/10 and very friendly staff!!
Tell me where there is “pressed juice” anywhere on the menu? It’s misleading when even the window decal advertises this and there is nothing even remotely fresh about anything here, except the tea is freshly brewed I hope. Also, the young lady behind the counter gave me a lot of attitude when I asked what their “ powdered creamer” was made from. I guess “tea & juice bar” means something very different to anyone seeking or hoping for healthy options. My bad. I hope this will save somebody from going out of their way to find fresh juice! ???
Their tea is addicting, the kind staff already know me because of how frequent I visit haha. They have lots of interesting flavors, it's not only a bubble tea place, they have much more. I've gone with people who don't like bobba and they have ordered tasty drinks, and also with people who do like bobba, and they love it too because they have different types of bobba. It's a win/win. Thank you
Nice customer service and tasty drinks priced at a reasonable price.
Theresa is amazing. She answered all of the important questions to craft the healthiest vegan drink! Stellar customer phone service for a business. Absolutely satisfied. Eager to come in and enjoy high quality plant based smoothie with boba. Grateful
Viet coffee is really good and the staff are friendly. The container is unique and people keep staring at it, it's like I'm in an Axe body spray commercial.
Ordered the taro oreo smoothie, it was tasty.- Great Service- Great Selection- Delightful EmployeesWould recommend and will be coming again
The place is small and tucked away on 4th Street, downtown Bellevue just south of the Bellevue Square shopping center. The staff was a bit stand off but not rude. She did inform us if we pay cash, it has to be exact change. We both ordered the Thai milk tea with boba/tapioca, with one adding red beans (real ones, not powder flavor). We both found the tea quality is very good. The boba is high quality. Very fresh. Service was super fast. Got drinks just moments after we paid. They don't use the plastic disposable cups with the film seal. Cups are reusable with a lid that has a "stop" for straw hole. Part of the $7 went to that, but we didn't keep them since we don't get boba teas very often.
I ordered the ginger hibiscus tea with chia. It was really refreshing and the tea was well made, but the ginger was barely detectable. A drink with ginger in its name should have a good kick from ginger! So it was a bit disappointing, especially for a drink that costs $5.50.Something to keep in mind. They charge $0.50 if you request no ice. They don't tell you this when you ask for no ice, and there aren't any signs of this anywhere in their store, which is a bet sketch to me (and I don't really know any other boba/tea places that charge extra when you request no ice). Less ice is free of charge though, which is a decent alternative.Store layout is also kind of confusing. The pickup counter is the counter closest to the door, and the order counter is closest to the seating area...and there aren't any signs indicating which is which. I walked up to the pickup counter to order and waited for a few minutes until one of the workers was nice enough to point me to the order counter down yonder. Maybe I'm the only one who made that mistake? Signs would be nice for those of us who are a bit slow ?
Decent boba tea and friendly service in a small but cute store in downtown Bellevue. I had the Hong Kong style milk tea with boba while my friend had the Saigon iced coffee. The drinks are good although not really outstandingly so. Good to have something iced on a hot summer day.
