My first visit was very pleasant. The staff seemed really nice and walked my wife and me through their menu. The Tiger Fries were great! I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a savory snack. The milk teas were made well but the only reason I can't give my experience 5 stars is for the boba. Instead of being soft or chewy, the boba was stiff and was either old or not cooked properly. I will definitely return to test the consistency of their service.
Would not go back. Ordered pick up for 45 mins after ordering on ChowNow (suggested ordering site on their website), I think they made the food immediately because it was all cold.The tiger fries are not worth $9 with thick flavorless beef on top, not like the beautiful pic at all. The popcorn chicken was ice cold and had 1 piece of basil, the pork belly rice and green beans have no flavor including salt. The only good thing was our food was ready to be picked up, and the milk tea. But the milk tea was in the same bag as our hot food so it probably cooled off our food and did warm up the milk tea.
I did not have a good experience. One staff member was not pleasant. The others were quite nice. That's okay, we all have bad days. But then to compound it they forgot an entree in my order. I reached out and got no response.
Sooo much fat! We ordered 3 separate dishes. We threw away 2 of them.
Just tried this place, and wow! Food was amazing! Glad I stumbled into it, completely unplanned. Definitely adding this one to the short list of favorites!
Good service, though they currently only do take out. The pork belly bao was good and lighter than I was expecting, which wasn't a bad thing. The tiger fries were a good sized portion, easily sharable for two people.
Nostalgic cuisine from the motherland. The smaller portion sizes and combo deals allow for the tasting of many different flavors. Enjoyed thoroughly. Maybe avoid if vegetarian

The bao is so good. I had the traditional and the Cod. The Cod was super crispy, fresh, and delicious. The traditional had scrumptious pickled mustard greens and juicy pork belly. Highly recommend.
