We had a reservation at 12, but ended up coming a little earlier. They were able to get us a table, which was nice!I got the chicken parmesan sandwich with sweet potato fries, and my partner got the louisiana chicken pasta. We also shared the strawberry cheesecake. Everything was so good! The portions are always so big here, which is kind of nice because it can be lunch and dinner - which is what we did when we brought the rest back! Our waiter was also very attentive and even brought me extra little ketchup dishes when I asked for more ketchup (I'm a bit of a ketchup fiend). We will definitely be back!
Wonderful staff seated us immediately and Sasha our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt!!The Cobb salad was delightful and Coconut-Lime Chicken was to die for!!Birthday cheese cake finished us up with a Tiramisu delight!!Medium price,High quality experience! Thanks CF!!
Came here on May 10th for my wife's birthday dinner. We had reservations and I had put a note requesting a good table as we were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Apon arrival the host was a younger gal who greeted us however the way she spoke to myself and my wife was very disrespectful as we were just trying to tell her we had reservations under my name but before I could finish saying my last name she grabs 4 menus and says follow me in a unprofessional way. I was extremely disappointed but didn't want to ruin my wife's special day I looked the other way. Our server named Mike was amazing he did a grade A job, and food was also amazing. I probably won't be back as if the management team would hire a host so disrespectful I won't be a customer at this location. I did ask our waiter near the end what the host name was as I wanted to let the management team know of her attitude but he didn't not deliver that information. I work in custom services at a very large company in management myself and I was in disbelief on how she acted towards us. Very disappointing. Description of Host: Young Asain or Mexican mix race girl. Black hair. Dressed in all black. Tuesday May 10th 2022 at 5:00pm.PS I did still tip Mike our server $45.00 as he shouldn't be punished for a bad host. Mike had no clue what we were celebrating but I did mybest to fill him in secretly as it was supposed to be a special day. ?
I'm working in Bellevue Washington this week and 3 of us headed to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. This restaurant is in a great location. Our server was excellent and helped when we asked about recommendations. The food was excellent! I tried the low-luscious cheesecake. It is less than half the calories of the other cheesecakes. It was sooo good! I highly recommend if you really want that cheesecake but are trying to watch calories.
Amazing & yummy food with big portions.. Fantastic & superfast customer service for a group 12 party and staff's attention to details are second to none. Overall very satisfied and delightful with taste and service... It is a kids heaven for range of food options available for them. Certainly recommend this place without any hesitation.
They remain the standard !! It is a long wait before covid and please do not expect this get change. Food is great and the cake is awesome as usual ..
I hadn’t been here since the pandemic. It wasn’t as busy for us during lunch. This review is based on our experience for 3 diners. After reading other 1-2 star reviews, it seemed like they needed to up kick it up a notch. We were all happy with our meals. One ordered the Thai lettuce wrap, another had the soup and salad combo, & the other had a Turkey and avocado sandwich. All were simple orders which you can’t mess up. The only thing different was it seemed to take longer for the food to arrive. It wasn’t crazy busy or maybe I was hungry. Otherwise everyone enjoyed their food.Service was attentive and good. I was a bit nervous seeing a maskless server. FYI - it’ll take you awhile to choose something as the menu is extensive (picture the thickness of a encyclopedia) which will satisfy all types of eaters from vegan to carnivores. Don’t forget to save room for cheesecake. The choices are endless. We had the lemon raspberry which was delish. The portions are big which means plenty of leftovers. Great place to nosh after shopping or a movie. There’s complimentary parking across the street in the parkade.
We went at 5, no crowd and seated quickly. Warm bread first before ordering. Whole wheat was especially delicious. Ordered and Greek salad arrived quickly. Olives chopped into small bits; tomatoes left large enough for 2-3 bites. Barely started on that before hot calimari appetizer was there and immediately after the entree, bang bang chicken and shrimp. So then we had everything crowded on the table and hot dishes cooling rapidly. Wished we had not ordered everything at once, rather eaten the first dish before ordering the next. Calamari was over breaded so lots of crispy bits left on the plate after eating the good parts and flavor somewhat overwhelmed. Entree was generally shreds except for the shrimp. Lighting so dim that we couldn’t tell what was in it. Waitress eager to get dessert order started so it arrived (to go) before entree finished. Customers waiting when we left about 6. Best parts were the whole wheat bread and the desserts which we ate in peaceful calm at home.
Went in for my kiddo’s birthday, and they just had the best time! 5:15 on a Friday night, no wait. Our server, Kiana, was fabulous- so upbeat and friendly. Birthday kid loved their peach mango smoothie, Alfredo bow tie pasta, and gorgeous (and festive!) slice of birthday Very Cherry Ghirardelli cheesecake. My husband’s cucumber lemonade was super unique but delicious, and lettuce wraps are always a good choice. I had the avocado chicken club. It was really good, but I had to share. Very filling!(Note to management- the cumin herb sauce and the peanut butter sauce that come with the lettuce wraps should just be with every dish. The herb sauce was amazing on my sandwich and the peanut butter sauce was awesome on fries. ?)
The ambient us great and they have plenty of cheesecake options. The crowd is busy as usual even when we went there at 3:30 pm. We ordered raspberry lemon cheesecake. The raspberry will blend better in taste if you eat the lemony portion of the cheesecake. We also ordered lasagna Verde. It's quite interesting on how they made the lasagna. I'm thinking they burn and stack each layer of cheese to make a whole lasagna. Please note that the cheesecake isn't as large as the spaghetti factory in tukwila.
