This place is worth every penny. The popcorn chicken and pumpkin pie are more authentic than the other Chinese restaurant. Noodles are very delicious. Highly recommended
Popular noodle place with lots of options and speedy service. You can order at the table on your phone. I got the tomato basa fish which was very flavorful with lots of fish in the broth. Very filling and delicious. The appetizers we got were also very good!
Delicious!I ordered the chicken and cordycep flower soup, and my husband ordered the fish tomato soup 10 second noodles.The tomato soup was rich, a little sweet and sour, with large chunks of basa fish and lots of fun mix ins.The chicken soup was amazing- unctuous, sweet from the goji berries, with umami from the cordyceps (a type of mushroom). The chicken was a whole roasted leg, and the daikon was so well simmered it wasn’t even bitter anymore. I would definitely order it again.We arrived around 5 on a Friday night and were seated right away. Service was quick and efficient.
Always my first choice for a quick lunch or dinner. Their rice noodle is so great and also super hot, be careful to the store pot.

So many soup choice broths! Rich flavors with many toppings. The bowl is massive and best shared. Popcorn chicken was a bit drier for me but overall good.
I got the dry noodles with brisket and tripe. Nice texture noodles and not too spicy sauce. Meat is great. Also ate the chicken that came with grandma's soup. Extremely good subtle flavor. The duck wing that comes with the original crossing bridge noodles is fantastic. Great service too as my grandma can't read and server read everything aloud
Went here with my husband. The food was so delicious and for that I would give 5 Stars. FYI it came out quickly and burning hot, so be careful! Popcorn chicken was lit (as in good). My only complaint was the friendliness of the service. Nearly 20 bucks for a bowl of soup, least you could do is fake be nice to me.
Tried Chicken Soup Rice Noodles. The chicken soup is the best I’ve had in Seattle, light flavor, not too oily yet delicious. Will definitely come back and try other rice noodles.
This is the first time where I've had some rice noodle soup served this way. They bring it in like a boiling/sizzling bowl and also the items for you to put in and mix yourself. The flavors of both the hot broth and the pickled sour and hot broth were perfect. The noodles and meat were also delicious. This was a very fun experience and I would definitely come back.
