Very rude short and dry with African Americans ?. The food was horrible and thrown together. Ordered nachos on got soggy chips with alot of sliced cheese over the soggy chips. Bathroom was very very dirty with urine all on the floor and in the toilet. I left and went to the Sideline Bar to use the restroom. There us only one part of the restaurant we can sit due to the other side being closed off. Didn't understand that due to me seeing at least 6 white people walk directly to that left part of the restaurant. It showed me that my family wasn't welcome. AT ALL. YHEY JUST THREW OUR FOOD TOGETHER WITH NO QUALITY PUT IN IT. ANOTHER AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WAS TREATED THE SAME. I work hard just like the next person . ? What this place won't do is portray as if they welcome all and that they a equal opportunity types.Humbleness is needed. I wasted my money on half if my order. They didn't try to make anything right. Good good.Such a beautiful restaurant with so much detail (chairs, paintings). I love that their kids menu offers a child size carne asada. This is why we tend to order from here.Prices went up, but what hasn't.Unfortunately poor customer service. We were interrupted many times times when trying to order because our waiter kept greeting and seating people, which I thought was very rude to just leave us talking and not take our business seriously/respectfully.No one cared to pick up plates or offer refills or ask if we needed anything. Sadly will not return.
Took out an expresso burrito (chicken) thru Grubhub and the preparation took less than 5minutes. Steaming hot burrito on plate, guacamole, sour cream and a side of chips with salsa came with food, friendly staff who knew about my order status upon arrival, and inside interior design looked pretty cool and hip. Next time I would try dine in.
Typically you get pollo al carbon, which is a tangy sort of marsala based sauce with chicken. Chicken. Basic rice and beans on the side. I don't know what it is about the sauce, but it is so tasty and a little bit unusual for this type of Mexican restaurant service here is always good, food comes from the kitchen fairly quickly. The guacamole away tasty.
I really liked this location the best out of all the ones I’ve been to. The food was executed nicely and it was very delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
Eater beware. Although the staff is friendly and the food good. During my last visit, I found a used cigarette butt inside my burrito. While the manager seemed sympathetic about the situation, the owner tried to assure me that that couldn't happen. Which leads me to believe that they won't take the situation seriously enough to ensure it won't happen again.
Sadly the service has become sub-par... I have been a Customer for our over 25yrs to this location and the excuses for poor service due to Covid has run dry. My last visit experienced bad service, as if intentional, as there was an abundance of servers available, it was simply a choice to not ask if we wanted more to drink (we did), top-off of water (not topped up once), if we wanted dessert (we did), but instead we were provided our bill. Our table dropped over $500 for a relatively small group (8).Needless to say, it is time to find another great local Mexican restaurant that celebrates their loyal Customers. Best Wishes!
Very good food, salsa was a bit spicy for me, but most people would probably like it alot. Good service, clean restaurant.
They added some outdoor seating. Huge portions abd decent HH margaritas.
The food is incredible. I can't put more words to it than that. It's just utterly incredible. The staff are super friendly, the service is impeccable, and the food makes your tastebuds sing.
