Now I’m not saying I expect a picture perfect Crunchwrap. People are out here just doing their job at a Taco Bell. But every time I order one, probably like 8 times now, I get literally a chip wrapped in tortilla with a small pinch of lettuce and an accidental sneeze of meat and cheese. I keep ordering this in hopes of one day reaching my fantastical dream of having an actual edible food item, but alas after this many failed attempts I may have to put this quest away for good. I wish luck to anyone who dares attempt to pull a Crunchwrap Excalibur from this stone of a Taco Bell. Abandon all hope ye who order here.
What a great drive thru experience. Guy kept adding stuff to my order that I never mentioned. Got attitude when I tried to correct him. Gave me the wrong amount of change tho it was just a few coins. Shorted us on our order on the most expensive thing I paid for. Live too far away to go back this evening. Hire some people who know how to do their job!
First I’d like to say thank you to each and everyone of you. Your PM team deserves a raise. Your AM team gives 0 effort. I have ordered multiple times over the last six months ??…I have yet to be a Karen and get my orders refunded.. but every time the PM team is exceptional and the a.m. team makes me not want to eat my food. TRULY. Maybe that’s their goal! idk, make worse food = less people ordering in the morning = less work.I get it! No one wants to work in fast food. At least minimal care for quality in the AM would be nice.I gave two stars bc the PM crew and managers do a great job, they deserve 5.Pm crew, i hope your managers recognize you for how well you do.
Im not one to really leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed in the lack of meat in my what tasted like a lettuce chalupa.. besides only having approximately 4 little chunks of chicken in side. Won't come to this location for the price and what you get not worth it. Sorry taco bell think I'll take my chances with McDonald's getting my order right at least there I know what to expect. I have ate at this location quite a few times in the past month or two, and I notice a lot of inconsistency in my orders. I often order bean substitutes for meat items and I often feel like it's a gamble for if my order is actually going to be correct. I ordered no sour cream the other day and instead got extra sour cream. It's just really inconsistent compared to other Taco Bell locations
Everyday I get here at 8:05 and u guys r never open everybody just stares at u as u drive by the window u guys should just close down this restaurant people at taco bell r wasting they money by having this restaurant open useless I wish someone would investigate why u guys don't serve people at 8:05 am plus I parked my car and waited 12 mins and tga restaurant is still closed with people inside and tha staff eating and laughing
The food portions are REALLY SMALL! I order the same thing at a taco bell in Sodo, but for some reason it's $3 more in Factoria? This one charges way more than other locations. I find the employees to be nice. After going here for over a year I notice that it must be management who is telling them to make the portions small..? I don't mind waiting in the drive thru. But they need to hustle the drive thru better. They only pull one car in at a time and then after the next person orders the car gets right up to the window. Seems like you could hire another person at night? What's wrong with this Taco Bell? I notice really terrible fast food chains in Factoria, what's the deal? The Taco Bell in crossroads is way better and also costs less. Drive over there or avoid this one. Small tiny tacos and burritos. The combos are a rip off, you hardly get any food and it's like almost $10. What a scam. I feel bad for employees, there'seems to be a high turn over. so after a year or more of going to this one once a week. I'm assuming it's the manegement who is ripping us off? I like taco bell and I like a descent meal if I'm paying that much! Stop ripping us off after making everyone wait forever.
This store and the employees are so unaccommodating. only the drive thru is open and my vehicle is to big for the drive thru. There is no reason why they can't take my order over the counter and just punch it in at the drive thru window. I have worked at Taco bell a few times in the past I now it's not that hard to make exceptions for people if you really want to, but instead the employees here choose to be rude and unaccommodating. 0/10
Efficient, thorough, but really busy. Probably one of the most consistent Taco Bell's as far as getting your order right. The people there are generous, patient and polite.Great for late night treats. :)
Great service and food prep! The taco we ordered was well made, with sauce even distributed and everything in the right amount. They even gave us a good amount of sauce :)
