We purchased a VIP table for NYE for just the four of us. It was well worth the purchase. Great table, close to the bar, center of all of the action, close to the performance, restrooms etc. Fast service all night long even though it was packed wall to wall. You can tell they staffed appropriately with little to no wait for drinks or food. The food was delicious and came out hot. The atmosphere was perfect for a NYE celebration, the up-lighting, the music, the balloon drop at midnight and NYE swag was a bonus, they had an amazing DJ and photographer all night long. Not to forget the aerialist performance that SUITE is known for. They had an amazing duo set that night, they got the place going. They also had ladies on stilts as you walk in that gave the NYE wow factor.*This place is perfect for date night or girls night out. You can even dine with kids here before 9pm I think. The inside gives off a smaller version of a Vegas club lounge feel and the outside patio is adorable at night with all of the up-lighting and lounge couches.
WOW! What an amazing experience we had at SUITE for my wife’s 40th Birthday celebration with our closest 50 guests.*I worked directly with Lisa Olson for planning through SUITE and she made the entire process easy and simple. The party ended up wowing all of our guests. From multiple Aerialist | Acrobat performances to a surprise gender reveal done by a fire performer, a personal photographer, to hosting heavy appetizers, beer, wine, champagne to all of our guests throughout the night and staying within our original talked about budget. Seriously the entire Suite staff did an outstanding job; from Lisa the planning coordinator, the chef, kitchen staff, bartenders, servers including our lead waitress Leslie to even the hostess, security and DJ. We cant thank you all enough.*Our lead waitress was Leslie and omg what an amazing and outgoing person she is. How she is able to be tending to so many guests all at once and keep the flow of the night going for that many people is astonishing. You don’t find service like this many places but at Suite we sure did.Overall It was MAGICAL and we look forward to hosting our baby shower later in the year at Suite.*You can expect a modern up lit clublike atmosphere, where they serve many classic cocktails, fine dining including vegan and gluten free options, overall during our event we found that they cater to all. It was very convenient as we have all walks of friends / Family.*Location: Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue right off of I-405 inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. I recommend doing valet parking. Easy, fast and affordable.
Absolutely disgraceful place! DON'T GO!$30 for a SINGLE shot of bourbon.Never told us until the end of our visit that they were charging us this much.Parasitic behavior. When we complained to the staff we were told "its not us, its the owners. So we can't help.".No accountability. Disgusting dishonest behavior. How the hotel allows them to carry on like this is beyond me.
Suite ????????????????Not a very clean place and quality in food&drinks to charge at $$$ level!!!! My boyfriend ordered 4 coctails. I ordered 2 drinks. None of us felt any quality in drinks. It was colored "water" and not even a good taste! As soon as we walked in there was a very strong smell of fried food! Kind of burned. Worse than a fast food place. So we ended up leave the place and we went to another bar and had a good time there. So if you want to waste your money on nothing, go to Suite!!!
Beautiful upscale place, nice Atmosphere, food was really good as well. The DJ sucked! He was all over the place with his music selections.
Great food. Receptive and friendly staff and management. Cool ambience...a bit dark but they have to accommodate as an upscale lounge for Hyatt guests during the afternoon and more of a club ambience at night. Well worth a visit.
One of the best places to hangout at in Bellevue in the east side. Much older crowd
I don't like giving businesses bad reviews, however I just had a terrible time here.I came here for my birthday a couple weeks ago with a few of my friends. I had made a reservation two weeks prior for 7pm. The were kind enough to call a few days prior to remind me of my reservation and to confirm that I would be in attendance. I had asked for additional time, however I was told I don't need to request extra time since I had a party less than 8.When I arrived at the lounge, the host told me that I was expected to leave the table by 9:15 since my table was reserved for 9:30. I was pretty annoyed since I had already asked more time previously. I disagreed with that arrangement and he told me he would talk to his manager. Our table was ignored for OVER 20 minutes. No water, no drinks, nothing. I'm not sure how they expected us to be out of there by 9:15 with such SLOW service. Our appetizers were cold. the salmon dish I ordered was not worth the $32 that they charged for it. It looked like a TV dinner. I asked for my salmon to be medium well, it was super dry. The service was very slow and we still had to leave our table. The drinks were alright. It wasn't even busy when we arrived at 7, so I don't really understand why things were so slow. Especially with a time limit in place. Our waiter messed up our checks and included the wrong items onto the wrong person's bill.Although the manager gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, it did not improve the service. Do not recommend. The environment was nice, the service was just a mess and the food is not worth it.
If you not a regular customer I don’t recommend going to this place at all.. it seems like the way they running this place is base on how many times you have been there.. and if you not a regular customer, their regular customer can be disrespectful to you and get away with. I would love to shear my experience with the owner if he/ she thinks otherwise!!!
The suite is a beautiful establishment that is paired with some of the worst service. The staff caters better to only what I can assume is the kind of customer they would like to see in their establishment. Because I was speaking in a language they could not understand with my own friends the staff asked me and my party to speak in a lower voice so as not to bother other patrons.
