Beautiful cakes with great customer service! The aesthetic was perfect they tied right into our theme. Only down side is while the cakes look pretty they were dry and lacking flavor. We ordered the lemon and carrot cakes.

Dropped by to pick up some cupcakes. Bought a chocolate with raspberry frosting, and a chocolate with chocolate frosting. I was hoping to try their vegan cupcake but they didn't have any. The cupcakes were ok. Not very moist and not very sweet. I'm sure there are people who like that but we like richer cupcakes.
I have been getting cakes for my sons for years. They always make cakes in details and they are very flexible for customization. Flavors of the cakes are very good. I always get compliments on cakes at the parties. It is very reasonable prices for fully customize cake. Highly recommend. I would recommend to order the cake at least a month in advance.
Great cakes were made for my big party! I sent them pictures of the cakes I need and Sugar and Flakes team was very accommodative of it. They even tried to match the colors with kids attire. We discussed the patterns also in detail and they turned out better than my imagination. I had 2 cakes each of 2 tiers every tier was different flavor and different frosting. Over 180 people in my party tried it and everyone loved. Most of them took the contact and said they will order from Sugar n Flakes in the future.
We ordered a custom cake for our daughter’s first birthday. The cake was very beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. The cake was very delicious and everyone at the party loved the taste !
Cupcakes baked fresh that day for a special occasion event - they were perfect! We got a combination of regular and gluten-free vanilla and chocolate cakes (but they have about 25 cake flavors!), and various frostings (also about 25 flavors). They are so nice and easy to work with when ordering, and they treated us like we were the only order they had to take care of. We've had their cakes at 3-4 special occasions and guests have sought me out to find out where we got them. Did I mention the gluten-free cake tastes just as good as 'regular' cakes? And the cakes are gorgeous - they really make a statement when displayed for guests. Looking forward to ordering more again soon!

I am kind of very picky person so I just emailed them the picture that I want and they guys made the exact same as I want. My whole family loves it. On top of that their service is so good.
