Lexi acted RUDE again today when I asked for a Straw, "Lexi said Thank You for Asking THIS TIME." I came to speak with AVIVA about what happened yesterday and requested again to look at the Surveillance Camera. THIS TIME Lexi Said, I did ask for a STRAW yesterday and Karl (If I spelt out his name correctly.) nodded YES. Aviva said she will tell the manager, and I told them I will call 911 for discrimination and (LEXI looked at me and asked DISCRIMINATION.) Take the appropriate action or I will call 911 for discrimination and then SUE Starbucks.
First time visit.I ordered iced latte with light ice via app. When I pick up my order, coffee was leaking from the cap’s edge. Also, I got at least 1/3 cup of ice cube (apparently their light ice is different than other Starbucks). Latte taste very watery… worst latte I ever had in Starbucks.
One of the worst run Starbucks I've been to in a while. 7-8 staff, half of them standing around not knowing what do to. My guess is it wasn't that busy since the drive thru was empty. I ordered two lattes and a pastry. They forgot my pastry. When I asked about it everyone was looking at each other. And they didn't label the lattes so I had no idea which was which.
Stopped here at 5pm on a Friday and they were closed with signs everywhere saying they are temporarily closed. This isn't the first time I've tried to go here and they have been closed when their hours listed say they should be open. Not sure if they are permanently/temporarily closed or their hours need to be updated but if you are trying to come to this location you should call first to see if they are open.
Great Starbucks! They never mess up my drinks and everyone is really friendly. The only thing is this Starbucks can get really busy in the drive thru but it never takes too long to get through it. I would recommend using mobile order!
I had such a great experience with Takashi a Barista at the Kelsey Creek Starbucks store . My daughter Tracy lost her Starbucks Card during a visit to this store. I called the store and described the time and what she purchased. Takashi was willing to check the purchases made at approximately that time. He located the purchase and found the balance that was left on her card and his manager was willing to give us that balance on a new card. GREAT SERVICE !!!!♥️
They are awesome in there! I've only had one experience that was so so from here! The guys and gals are great overall ?
Masks, drive through (need more of these!), Friendly, efficient, long line but short wait.

Not a pleasant experience. Staffs called customer's name except ME! They never asked my name, and just called my coffee name.
