They are doing all they can. Their food is fast, service is great, though a bit untidy it still remains a very lovely place in Factoria. A very solid Starbucks with amazing staff to bolster further into their reputation.Though the hours are very short, it is wise to keep in mind that Starbucks is having a worker outage amidst unionization and lack of proper wages. To give a bad rating without understanding the fuller truth would be a choice of ignorance.
Quick stop for coffee, great experience as always.
These dumb store hours really hinder this locations ability to stay on my list of favorite Starbucks. I always get sent to pick up coffee for my girlfriend and it’s closed at the worst possible time smh won’t come back to this location Idgaf if they don’t care about my business they can figure it out.
I was not expected that this Starbucks only opens on weekdays from 6AM to 4PM. This is ridiculous, it’s neither inside a commercial building nor located in a campus or shopping center. It doesn’t make any sense to me since this is an only individual store in Factoria area.I would recommend this Starbucks extend the hours especially on the weekends.Other than the operation hours, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Well, this is really quite interesting store because it is only open during weekdays and closed at 4 PM. Couldn't believe when it was in Factorial where everything is a little pricier than elsewhere. Other than that, the service and food is as the same as other Starbucks which is good.
Environment= liberal/ pretentiousCoffee= good/ overpriced
Like the Strawberry acai refresher with lemonade!!
Usually a great store but today the sales associate was rude and I left without a drink and he cared less!
Delicous coffe and food, amazing customer service, clean, and friendly.
I’m writing this so hopefully the DM or someone at corporate can extend this store’s hours. Closing at 4pm is way too early. Also, 4 people were inside working on laptops and with notebooks and coffee when I came at 5:30pm but wouldn’t let me in. Pretty unfortunate experience. It’s also way smaller than the other Starbucks they closed in the same parking.
