The baristas at this location don't want to give you what you pay for. I have a favorite beverage. I know how it tastes and what it should look like. But I show up for my online order and sitting there is a Grande drink in a venti cup. I ordered a venti. It was 2/3 full. I ask about it. She suggests more ice. Are you kidding me? I have ordered this drink at probably 10 different Starbucks. This is the 2nd time I was shorted on my order and the shorring only has happened st this store. Not going back.

DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE WHILE MARISSA IS WORKING. She spits in drinks, is rude to customers, and never cleans up after herself. Bizarre and conceited girl takes out her personal frustrations on customers. How she still works here is beyond me.

I have been a customer here for over a decade. Up to a few months ago, almost a year, i would know all the baristas by name and all.was great from the customer service to the products. However, lately my orders have been done pretty mediocre. I am very particular about having drinks with extra extra whip, and i always need to remind them to add the darn whip. This is a pic of what should have been a grade drink with extra, extra whip and extra caramel.

This review is for Coco. I came in today and was warmly greeted with eye contact and what I could tell was a smile (under the mask) right as I entered the door. Once I was at the register she created such a personal experience by asking me about my day and having brief chit chat with me. Outside of work, I can tell she is clearly is such a genuine, kind hearted individual. I also applaud her for helping suggest yummy items for my breakfast while being sensitive to my dietary restrictions. When I left, she personally handed me my items from behind the counter, gave me another big smile, thanked me for coming in, and told me to have a wonderful day. A lot of the times I go to Starbucks for its convenience but this experience was so sincere and memorable that I will definitely come back to this location specifically. This team has a true superstar and because I see real people beyond them being employees, I think individuals like this deserve to be recognized; so thank you Coco and I hope others will come in and have the opportunity to share a similar pleasant experience with you!

The guy who makes coffee is so slow and seems don’t know what to do.Waited heck of times for just one drink.They need to train him again

Good outlet,Well organised and following all Covid protocols.Service time is quite quick.Outdoor and Indoor seating both available but we prefered outdoor in sun.Thumbs up to this Starbucks ?

I go here Monday through Friday and I order the same drink daily. I get that it gets busy but I paid for a venti iced coffee and got a grande no ice drink. I normally don’t complain but dang. Maybe I’ll try a different location.

Went just now looking for a recommendation for something to satisfy the mid day caffeine craving. Austin at the front counter offered a iced matcha latte and it was phenomenal. Definitely like this little corner spot! Shout out to Sally too.

I went the other day to this location and it was a weird experience. The barista seemed really patient until I had some Starbucks app issues and I was very apologetic, but he wasn’t very understanding. Not only that but he, instead of making sure I felt assisted, started talking to the guy behind me. At that point I felt very rushed and like I was being inconvenient.
