Terrible service. They don't have proper training of their baristas, she wasn't knowledgeable of the current mandate guidelines, and refused service to a person with a medical condition, didn't offer to accommodate or help them complete their order, the barista just argued with the customer resulting in the customer leaving in embarrassment. Worst customer service!
Few days ago I ordered my coffee and then went pick up my coffee it was closed. No on was there.
Slowest service of almost ANY “Starbucks”. They say they’re not a “real” Starbucks. I see that now. Must be too busy worrying about wearing masks properly.
Worth a review for this consistently friendly Starbucks. The service from ordering to the Barista is always pleasant. Normally quite a hub of workers and shoppers from the Mall across the street, has been a bit of a shadow of its former self through the Covid period with just to go or sometimes only windswept seats possible outside, However the staff are standout here. Other reviews suggest this is the Marriott Courtyard Starbucks which it is not, that is further along 8th towards 405. This is the Starbucks next to See's Candies and Pasta & Co. The product itself in my experience is always good.
Poor customer service, products not available all the time.
I haven’t been to a Starbucks where an employee was this rude. Went here late on a Sunday afternoon, when there were few people around. My flat white looked and tasted a little watery, so I politely requested the barista to correct it; they were ok with it. The lady at the counter meanwhile took issue and argued with me that they made it the right way and that they were a licensed Starbucks. I was ready to leave without the drink, and the lady kept shaking her head and making the replacement drink. Turns out they had used the wrong milk to make it; the barista apologized sincerely and handed me the coffee. The lady at the counter - not so much as a sorry. The one star here is for the nice barista!

Starbucks with it's own personality. Good coffee, of course. Also had a very good sandwich.
Very nice Starbucks, it's in the same building as the Marriott hotel, the lady's that served us were warm and friendly, told us thank you and goodbye when we left.
No napkins early in the morning.
