All signs regarding hours posted on the building indicated that it was open. Pulled up to drive-thru window to ask a simple question about nearby locations/hours but was ignored by blonde barista for ~5min.. finally she gave me a weird/rude hand gesture through the closed window. Don’t know if I’ll be back to this location /:
Why always the fluctuating and reduced in-store hours. One too many times I come here and the inside has been closed despite posted hours.
My Go to place. But they usually don’t have spinach and feta wrap and some other usuals. And they need to me more available, had to visit different bucks because they are unavailable a few times.
The regular Pike Place roast coffee felt like it was decaf, the barista graciously offered to replace it. However I suspect they made the wrong batch.
Quick and easy! Wifi holds up. Staff is very kind and personable.
Large seating area that is super clean. Loved the xmas tree, fire place, and comfy seating. The lights in the hallway flash which is odd, but the barista said it was known and being worked on. Overall a nice visit and a great place to meet up with a friend.Update: They are testing a Boba like coffee drink that is soooo good!
It's not the first time that I've had a bad experience at this Starbucks location. I just sat at the speaker order board waiting for someone to talk, after no answer for 3-4 minutes I went to the window. One girl saw me and ignored me, and then another walked by and did a "we're closed" signal. There was no physical sign or indication that they were closed today, lights were on, people were inside and other cars were lined up.
Enjoyed how spacious and clean this location is. The new animal free milk sounded interesting so gave that a try, couldn't even taste the difference. My son got a breakfast sandwich which he said was good. Very friendly employees. Will definitely be back to this location
Friendly, fast, clean, and yummy. Pick-up, dine-in or drive-thru. Hardworking staff. Pleasant spot in crossroads area next to chase bank.Come here often.
Store was busy but the staff was wonderful! Amber was super helpful with helping to decide what coffee I should buy for my family. Great experience!
