Very Friendly cashier and batista. Fast and excellent service. Love the setting in the middle of the mall as it was safe distance and yet cozy. Best in the middle of the week, quiet, if any mall could be described as quiet.
They spend to much time doing mobile orders and the customers that are in front of them need to wait longer not very good customer service. They made 5 drinks before mine and no one else was even there.
Irritating that I couldn't just use a gift card to get a coffee. Mobile orders only? Absolute joke.

Mall Starbucks are never as good as the standalone Starbucks. Plus, the little seating area was dirty.
Turn down the music. Please. It doesn't need to be so loud. The mall already has music. Just turn it down so the barista can hear me. I already have to shout because I'm wearing a mask and trying to make myself heard around a plastic divider. I'm hard of hearing on top of it so I can't hear what the barista is saying back to me. JUST TURN THE MUSIC DOWN.
I ordered two caramel apple spice’s and received two lattes. When I took the drinks back the cashier heard me say it should have been caramel apple ciders and gave me a rude look and the other guy didn’t take the time to fully listen to what it should have been either because he warmed up apple juice and gave me that. Busy or not if someone is taking back an order they should make it a point to listen that time.
It’s convenient but always very slow service. Either they need more people making the drinks or need to speed up.
Nice store friendly people but really long wait time. Quality is good like in all Starbucks.
