Need new staff, stopped in on a Saturday at noon, tried to engage with staff, all of them were curt , almost dlckish, really sad considering the stores I frequent most, i.e. Eastgate, and Issaquah are awesome....I won't be back to this location.
Service left a lot to be desired. One employee doesn't wear his mask properly. You can't order any hot food, because they don't care to fix the broken oven.
Salted caramel cold brew is so good!!
Poor service. I ordered a banana bread, for which I had to wait long to be warmed up and then I was told that they no more have bread. Even the refund process took a lot of time.
They do not offer BOGO and cannot scan Starbucks card. Manager not on duty. Barista missing for over an hour. Bad experience. Store license #72918
