I came here in search of a Seattle been there series mug and left with a great sense of joy and satisfaction. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My chai crepe Frappuccino was super tasty and atmosphere in the store is pretty laid back. The parking lot is very spacious. You guys truly made my road trip a little brighter, so thank you!
It was great to go in & see everyone, not busy at time I was there but got everything needed for our group & shortly left afterwards.

The baristas at this location are always friendly. They are usually great at making drinks but if there's ever an issue or mistake they are quick to fix it and will happily do so. Great consistency and customer service!
Customer service is great, this is a nice spacious store.The hot and refresher drinks are consistently good here.Drive through gets backed up, but you can go inside to get drinks as well.The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the cold brews are always bitter unlike the other 2 locations we frequent.
Good place to grab a coffee with my fav coworker.

Got the strawberry acai lemonade and got extra scoops of strawberry but they literally didn't even put one full scoop in, just mayyyybe 3 pieces. Friend got coffee with reg ice and the entire cup is full of ice.
Went through the drive through and ordered 2 coffees and 2 warm pastries. One was not warmed and the other barely warm. I asked for them to be reheated. The barista looked inconvenienced and paused didn't answer right away. I again requested. She looked at her monitor and said one was heated and one was not and she would take the one that was not heated back and heat it. I told her I didn't want the one that was barly heated requesting it be reheated and she didn't acknowledge me stepping back from the window. I tossed the pastry on my dash saying I didn't want it. She did have another one heated at that point. Her demeanor and body language said a lot. I will not be back to this location!
Just ok. I've purchased Starbuck coffees and other products since 1988. Coffee quality, baristas, atmosphere ... not same quality. Several mocha purchased tastes like water with powder.
