Great dessert but the wait can be long sometimes.
Loved the Seattle location, but the set up for this snowy village confuses me as to what they were thinking... You have to order through the device at the front which was quick and easy, but for 2 single sized bingsu, we waited an hour and 15 minutes. The staff seemed really overwhelmed in the small kitchen, and they were all bumping into each other. While waiting, I saw a girl use one of the dirty sink rags, to wipe off the spilled mango sauce on a bingsu, which really made me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The bingsu is still yummy but this place was terribly set up and the wait times are insane.
They mention 5 mins but take at least 15mins to put 3 ingredients.There is no difference between dine in or to go. If you are on a bike or want to take it home, pick another store.They were really really rude when I asked for a bag to go.
Came on a Saturday evening and it was busy. I got the mango shaved ice and it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back to try their other items.

Yummy and refreshing desserts! Large portions, small felt like more than enough for one. We had the mango and the Oreo. Fruit seemed ripe and delicious. The Oreo flavor was great, a little on the drier side since it wasn’t a juicy fruit topping but delicious! Definitely a treat good for a warm day. Shared space with Xi’an noodles that is bright and open. Trendy vibe and good music, great for the gram.
Decent price for it portions.We orders strawberry and taro.Would prefer tarp a little over strawberry just for personal preference. $10.99 for each pre tax. Pretty decent price for such a big portion.We couldn’t finished these two singles. lol
The Snowy Village is a perfect dessert place when you need something refreshing. I highly recommend to order strawberry bingsoo with cheesecake add-on. The one in the picture is large size and it is enough for two people.
What a great location for desserts! The shaved ice is mouth watering with flavors and fresh toppings of choice. You can even mix the toppings to get the best of the world!
