Drink quality inconsistent with each visit. During our last visit I set my sunglasses down on the counter to grab a straw. Ended up leaving the sunglasses and not a single staff member mentioned I had left my sunglasses as they watched me leave, which allowed someone else to take them as their own.Customer service is nonexistent.
Best icecream smoothie ever! Pink one has great lychee jelly in it! My fav is this purple taro flavor. Feel so good after a bad day! Thank you sharetea!
I got fresh Taro with milk, ice cream as Addson.I expect fresh taro and yes it did. But very few. Together with more ice chunk instead…Wouldn’t go with this one again.Never try other drink

SO DELICIOUS. The strawberry tea with green tea and light ice is so refreshing. They even added lemon slices for me. I also got a milk tea (black) with boba and it was perfect. The boba pearly were chewy and delicious. Lovely staff and reasonable prices.
My girl at the counter runs this place and never missed a beat. She recommended to me the honey green MT (50% sweet and less ice) and it has been my go to for the last 2 years. Tall, slender Asian barista with the beautiful nails ?? It’s a very popular location, I try to order when I don’t see a line or off peak hours. The service and quality control is top notch at this location. Bellevue city workers, Metro, and partners get 10%off ?
I believe the cashier said his name was Jackson but it was hard to hear. He said they didn’t have lavaender which is my favorite flavor but he recommended the taro flavor and it was amazing. One of the best boba places I’ve been to.
Very poor service, employee are not trained properly, this place should not be a chain at all. Despite there are 6 employee and only 3 customers, no one spent a single second to give me my pick up. Their further wasting my time by arguing about their stupid policy. Also, I ordered two drinks but only received one.
I enjoy the customizability of the drinks here and have been happy with every option I've tried. It does tend to be a busy place given it's popularity so there can be a long wait at times, but more than anything that's a testament to the quality of the product. I just wish the place had some seating to hang out while enjoying the drinks.
This place is never open. I walked in twice during business hours and they looked at me and said they wouldn’t take my order. I think they are open 10 minutes a day. Good luck getting anything from this establishment.
