We came early Saturday morning. The dimsum were excellent. Fresh and plump.Came out pretty fast too. We really enjoyed it. There was a good crowd, which shows the food is good.
We had reservations for 4:30 for 6 people for a birthday party. The food has declined under the new ownership. The restaurant was not very busy, lots of empty tables on either side of us. We paid our bill and left a generous approximate 25% tip. At approximately 5:50 (a little more than an hour) we were gathering our belongings and waiting for one of the members of our party to get back from the restroom.The waiter asked us to hurry up and leave because someone was waiting for the table.Their rudeness was inexcusable and we will never return especially since the food was not great.
The new ownership has done a wonderful job of remaining faithful to what has made this restaurant a top choice for dim sum on the Eastside, while improving the quality of food and the service as well. The food definitely comes from the kitchen faster than before and arrives fresh.
