People say their service was good. My experience was the opposite of good. Our waiter was chillingly rude, short and curt. He never stopped by to check on us, never offered to get us more salsa, I had to ask him for it, then he passed our table 3 times before he brought us more. Never asked if we'd like more drinks! I mean c'mon, dining out is about the food and the experience. This guy ruined both for us. I can spend $60 dollars closer to home. I won't EVER go back to this place.
Came here with a group of 12 . The food here is disgusting. The salsa was basically tomato sauce with some onion and what seemed to be bell peppers, no heat and the chips were stale and warmed over. We asked for some hotter salsa and was brought a tomatillo sauce that had a little more heat but was watery and bland. We ordered some super nachos and the meat (if you can call it that) was mush, it couldn't even be identified as ground beef; think Taco Bell meat. I ordered Ricardo's Tacos, which the menu described as 3 corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of chicken or shredded beef and deep fried. I received a flour tortilla with chicken rolled inside cut in 3 pieces and half burnt. Last time I checked that was called a Flauta not a taco. The chicken was dry/unseasoned and served with what tasted like week old refried beans and Spanish rice. Our waiter was rude and impatient, not once did he come around and ask how every thing was or if we needed refills on our drinks. I'm from New Mexico so I know Mexican food and this wasn't it. I don't know how they have 4 stars. I would never go here again; enter at your own risk.
Great experience having lunch here with our team. Great food and freedom friendly!Thank you Ricardo's! We will definitely continue to support you and send people your way! ???
Friendly service. The food was pretty good. My mango mojito was very tasty! The homemade tortillas were fantastic!
Someone recommend me this place but totally disappointed because the portion of the food was too small and overpriced compared with other Mexican restaurants. I just gave 2 stars because the server was so kindly with us.
Are you serious? This place is gross. The staff admitted to serving me a “carne asada” burrito that was made with ground beef. Yeah, you heard right. Ground beef! I asked the waiter if this was ground beef or steak and he said steak. I didn’t believe him so I asked the bus girl and she said yes, you are right this is not steak it is ground beef or something similar. Something similar ?? This place doesn’t even know what they are serving their patrons. Or maybe they do and just don’t care. The staff informed me that this was a regular complaint. She said Patrons always complain about the “carne asada” tasting and looking like ground beef. And believe you me. This is definitely the case! You can just tell from the texture that it is ground beef and not steak!!! So remember, when you order the $21 carne asada burrito it’s made with ground beef and not carne asada (steak). $21 ground beef burrito?? Yeah, I don’t think so! How scandalous can this establishment be?? Idk how this place has been in business for 14 years. **this is what the waiter told us**.People in factoría be afraid be very afraid!
Yummmmmmmm omg yum
I hadn't been to Factoria for a while. I remembered this restaurant was good and it didn't disappoint this time either. Great portions, good food.
Food is ok, but huge portion. Great service.
Family owned, has stood the test of time, in-house made tortillas, tv's to watch all the sports in the bar, and enough great tequilas to match! What more could you ask for?!
