They won't so any more than just bare minimum on the cake that you see in the photos when you ordered. I specifically put in the order note that to use a specific color for some words and another color for another words but it all came out just one wrong color for both. I was willing to pay the price (which I think its already overpriced) and a generous tip on the order hoping they would do as asked. But the disappointment is all mine when I picked up the cake.Cake quality is not really special tbh...Won't come back.
I got a mango mousse cake from here that tasted fresh and not too sweet. They have plenty of selection for cakes if you need them for a day of vacation. I'm excited to try other flavors that they have.Also the cake writing looks a bit funky on my photo because I dropped the cake but it was still very yummy once reassembled.
I like the cakes here. The flavor is rich and not too sweet. It's one of my favorite bakery to go. The price is a bit high, but the taste is good for sure.
I just picked up a taro cake from Regent Cakes to celebrate a birthday. Preordered online one day ahead of time. Unfortunately, it was disappointing to see that they used strawberries with leaves that are somewhat brown on the topping. Why ruin the aesthetic of the cake with ugly strawberries? They should leave them out completely. Very disappointed to have received this. They should do better.
Love their cake! They also have an espresso bar (which I didn’t get anything from) but seemed very cute. Only downside was they were out of forks. Other than that, I need to stop by again for a red bean filled pastry!
Update 03/14/2022Staff contacted me, apologized, and got refund.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I found a molded strawberry on a birthday cake. Emailed to customer service for few days now and no one response.

This Asian bakery is amazing! I ordered mango mousse and strawberry cake slices, both are so good and I guess next time I'll buy a whole cake instead as one slice is definitely not enough for me! I'll be back for sure!
Went in for milk tea, a few pastries and cake slices. The staff was friendly but the milk tea was luke warm for both the iced and the hot one we ordered, they gave us the wrong slice of cake (we didn’t notice bc the store was busy), and we think the pastries were mislabeled because we grabbed a red bean mochi bun that ended up being a pork bun. For having spent 30+ dollars I’m pretty disappointed with our experience.
UpdateThe owner reached out personally and made it right.—Bought a birthday cake and found a molded strawberry hiding behind other strawberries. Pretty gross. Ruined my partner’s birthday for me since I bought the cake..ugh
