Yummy! I didn’t know about Potbelly until recently when my friend purchased me it. The Italian is the go to. Just went to get another because I was in the area and now that is my new favorite sandwich. For me it’s the crunchy bread and how the inside of the sandwich does not fall out. I am happy to finally find a tasteful non-messy sandwich that is nicely cut in half for me. I devoured it before I could take a photo.
Ordered an Italian sandwich through DoorDash. I received a dry awful sandwich missing Lettuce, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Italian Seasoning. Potbelly said DoorDash ordered it that way. In DoorDash ap you order an Italian sandwich you don’t remove items from the standard sandwich. It’s all or nothing. The STANDARD sandwich includes all the ingredients.To whom it may concern, I won’t be e-mailing my concerns. You can see them, you know what to do. Fix it, and I’ll remove the 1 star review. If it’s still here, then everyone knows you didn’t fix the issue.
Took a veggie melt and it was fresh and delicious, added hot peppers as topping and it was actually hot. Will be my go to lunch place
Really great subs in a great location! A lot of the menu items are fairly pricey.
Advice to website admin: fix it so credit card info can be input. Spent a half hour placing 15 orders for delivery with tip to find out at the end no credit card info was allowed to be entered. Tried to change order to pick up which wiped the order. Ended up ordering in store which still took 15 minutes and manual for the cashier. How unhelpful for customers and employees.
Super fast sandwich orders here. It sucks that the cost of inflation has made everything so much more expensive.
Borderline awful online ordering issues. Order said it would be ready between 12:05 and 12:15. 30 mins after that I’m still here waiting. Felt bad for the employees - don’t believe the order times, especially at lunchtime. Only giving two stars because the food is usually good.
I had the chance to visit the Potbelly with a friend. It had a nice ambience. I tried Tuna sandwich. There was a large no of options to add to the sandwich. The portion was huge. If you are in the area, you must definitely try it out.
FOOD SAFETY! - Just ordered this morning (8/26/21) from the this potbelly in Bellevue. Ordered thru UberEats. Besides the fact that the delivery was late and took 1 hr and 13 mins to deliver...When it arrived 30 mins ago, I started eating the Italian sandwich only to find out after taking multiple bites, the BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT! How does any establishment let something like that happen??? I would have posted this review sooner than 30 mins, but I had to waste time submitting a food safety issue form with UberEats. Don't know if I can order from this store again. If you read this...buyer beware.Update - potbelly responds to this review and asks me to contact them directly per their email in the message. I did exactly that. No response from them whatsoever.Save your money and just go to a better sandwich shop.
Excellent find when it comes to sub sandwiches. This blows away Subway, Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mikes, and other small custom places.I found this chain when I was in D.C. Now they are everywhere. I enjoy this place whenever I’m in Bellevue. This place is visited a lot by workers in nearby offices.Excellent breads. Excellent meat, veggies are top notch. Sauces like no other and yes, they offer toasting with your favorite cheeses. Grab a bag of chips, a pickle, cookie, or a soft drink from the case.The price is right and you’ll throughly enjoy yourself! Give this place a try!
