Ordered online at 7 am to pickup at 11:45. Did not get sandwiches until 12:30. Our sandwiches were on the bottom of a pile of other sandwiches, so although ours were made first, we got them last. We could have honestly got in line and had them made fresh 15 minutes faster.If you can't bag at the same speed as the sandwiches are made, then you should move some sandwich makers to bagging. If not, then shut off online ordering.
was so very dissapointed with our office lunch today - my sandwich had 1 - 1/2 slice of paper thin turkey, 1 - 1/2 slice of roast beef, 11 - 1/2 slice of salami, 1 - 1/4 piece of thin ham. this sandwich had so many peppers and tomatoes it was rediculous. I would avoid this store as it seems Potbelly is struggling with everything except taking your money.
I've been here twice now because the Redmond location is closed, ordered online both times and had a great experience. My order was on time and made correctly, and was delicious.There's a mobile/online order pick up area for customers and grub hub etc. The first time I came I was thinking ... Someone could easily walk up and steal my order and the staff wouldn't even see or notice because of the orientation and size of the pick up shelves.I came today to pick up my order and noticed a few highschool boys looking at the orders, they walked out with both orders that were sitting there and I had a feeling they stole them. My order was ready right after that so the lady handed it to me and as I was walking to my car I saw the highschoolers running, which made me think they DEFINITELY stole other people's orders. I wish I was able to call them out on it but at that point there's nothing I could do. I think it would be better to keep orders behind the counter, that cannot be the only time this has happened ... D a m n kids!!! I should have recorded them!!
This place needs help. Got my order wrong twice (gave my sandwich to someone else and then replaced it with one that was the wrong size).Double-charged me for my drink.Didn’t seem to care either way. They probably need significantly more training or supervision.
Went there on Friday 2/18 and there was a DoorDash sandwich just sitting on the oven cooked and getting cold while 3 employees were milling about and 1 was slowly helping 2 other customers. Even when driver asked about the sandwich they couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Driver left and customer probably ended up with cold and overcooked sandwich. I love Potbelly but that restaurant has too many problems and I'm done there.
I order from Potbelly in Bellevue at least once a month and have it delivered. The sandwiches are delicious and delivery is immediate. Keep up the good work!
Mobile app ordered and what I do get meat and cheese on bread? Evidently you have to manually add each topping in the app or otherwise it comes with nothing at all. What a confusing and cumbersome way to mobile order, waste of lunch money.
Legends work here. I order lunch here most every weekday, and in my lunch yesterday I got a holiday card with a nice note and some vouchers.Keep up the great work!
