A few weeks ago i ordered a stuffed crust and got a regular pizza and no one in the store would pickup the phone. Now they came rushing out right as soon as we arrived and hit the call button. So, logically i hung up before anyone answered. As our pizza was being sent out someone else called us right. Honestly much better service than last time. Definitely appreciated the call back. Also a tasty pizza with a glorious amount of toppings!!
The pizza tasted great, delivered on time. However, the amount of toppings (specially chicken and mushrooms) were very less. In fact, I had only 6-7 pieces of chicken 'sprinkled' on my LARGE pizza, so you can understand I disappointed I was with the lack of Quantity of toppings on my Pizza. Please fix this topping issue, everything else is great in that location!
Great pizza but the staff is not really set up for dine in service. It's there but needs better service. So nice though to have hot and delicious pizza!
I don’t really understand why this place gets such poor ratings. This is the closest Pizza Hut to my house and everytime I’ve stopped by, I always leave satisfied. I’m usually served by Trevor or the general manager who have always been super cool to me. The food comes out in a reasonable amount of time and is always hot and fresh out of the oven. This store also has a massive delivery range which covers all of Bellevue (Downtown, Factoria, Crossroads etc), Mercer Island, and all the way down into Issaquah so if you see this and live any of those areas, delivery is available. Haven’t gotten delivery from them yet but the drivers seem like they know what they’re doing and pleasant as well but this is definitely one of the better chain pizza places around the area.
Avoid this location, they will rip you off!I placed a carry out order and when I went to pick it up after checking the pizza I noticed there was only cheese in the center leaving a big bare gap on the edges. I told the old lady at the counter I wasn't satisfied with the way the pizza looked and her response was "that's the way they make it!" I left the pizza there and ended up calling the Renton highlands location where they prepared a beautiful pie for me done right.
I love Pizza Hut. But this location has consistently been bad. Every time I order carry out I wait 20 min before I come in and the pizza is never ready. It’s comical at this point. When I show up the employees haven’t even started it yet so like everyone else I sit in the parking lot for another 20 min. It’s like a little tailgate out here everyone waiting for their orders.
The delivery driver is super friendly. He has delivered to me a few times now and always is such a positive person. Always puts a smile on my face!
This particular pizza hut restaurant is just awful...zero care about quality or ensuring that orders are correct. Breadsticks come uncut, dipping sauce missing, incorrect toppings, delivery driver 30 mins late, pizza is cold and dry as a bone. We have had it with Pizza hut, their quality went out the window a long time ago. Never again
Ordered takeout to save money, go there early told them I was here they said it'll be done in 4 minutes, my boneless wings were done then she told me that they didn't make my pizza and asked if i can wait without offering any compensation, I saw someone make my pizza without gloves grab raw chicken from freezer and put it in fryer then go to cut pizza all without wearing gloves or washing his hands inbetween touching raw product, when everyone else is wearing gloves. I asked for an immediate refund and whom seemed to be a shift leader try to inform me that they weren't required to wear gloves and I informed him you are required by law to wash your hands between touching raw chicken and cooked foods; sadly I forgot to take back my 2 dollar tip
This Pizza Hut has low foot traffic, plenty of parking, and is located in a low crime area.The staff is of average friendlyness.Do you know that when people come to the United States from Italy they are baffled as to why our cheese is orange? Milk is obviously white. American cheese makers dye it orange. That is better than red, white, or blue. USA! USA! USA!
