Guys, your meatballs taste like boiled hamburgers. The meat has to be grounded much finer, get it from a shop for comparison. And your soup is far too sweet.
There are a lot of pho places in Bellevue and the Eastside. This place beats anything in the Bellevue area for Chicken Pho (Pho Ga). The key is their broth - Slightly spicy, umami and an extremely deep flavor profile.Very popular lunch spot, so expect a line most days.
Delicious ? friendly customer service, lots of options, plenty of seating, does take out. Highly recommended!
Chicken Bánh mì was NOT very good, way too salty to the point that I could not finish it. Worse yet, they REALLY skimp on the vegetables (cheapest part of sandwich) ... like they give you 4 of each when other restaurants will have theirs overflowing with tasty vegies.Pork Bánh mì was good but lacked vegies. Sandwich prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for here. Surprised they did not have authentic or traditional Bánh mì.
Tried their chicken noodles soup which was good. They also had sandwich options which were good. Overall good experience.
I've been here a few times now and here's my thoughts:Best pho I've had in Bellevue and probably the whole Eastside. The broth and meats are amazing, the broth has a slight anise flavor to it which is an incredible touch. The vermicelli bowls are also incredible and a lot food for the price which makes it a great value. For banh mis I would recommend the pork over the chicken one, the chicken was good quality but not my favorite preparation.Overall this place is a 10/10 in my book!
Got the Pho Tai Nam Bo Vien and it was just as amazingly delicious as the last time I had it pre-pandemic.
Always the best pho!
If I lived near this place I'd come once a week at least. Best fresh spring roll I've ever eaten, the skin is chewy and delicious. Real solid pho. Stir fry over rice was a bit salty for my tastes.
I accidentally came in right before closing (4pm) but was still served. I appreciated this and the owner was very courteous. Good pho
