Ordered a Banh Mi #1 sandwich and the pork belly was 90% fat and grizzle. I thought it'd have more meat like good bacon. Nope! Other than that (throwing that meat out) it was excellent. Great bread, marinated vegetables and dressing. Impossible to find good traditional Banh Mi in the Eastside!I look forward to trying out their other Banh Mi.I asked the cashier how long they have been here and she said 10 years. I doubt it since they have 0 reviews until mine.
I see the menu has so many items like more than I have seen anywhere by comparison. That got me there, and the results to taste are as though they prepare recipes sourced by the way that they love what they do and take their hard work seriously. Start the broths early, and carefully add all the ingredients with exotic spices then balance the meats and the veggies. Sauces are also freshest and tested with great detail. This is a way for customer happiness and I like to impress my date there. Nice!
The vegetarian tofu-egg noodle soup is extremely salty here. They were kind enough to re-do the order for me, but unfortunately it tasted super salty again. Would not recommend the vegetarian broth here.
The pho taste so bad that we got sick and throw away half of the foods we brought there...Top Ramen noodles taste better!! Don't waste your time and $$$. Nasty foods.
I order a large bowl with thin brisket but I actually receive small bowl with a lot noodle. It is very hard to eat. I ask for hot sauce but waitress look at me and point at front and take it. Taste is ok but poor service
Ordered a sandwich with an egg. Got charged for sandwich and $2 egg. Got home, no egg. Called and was told to come in next time for free $2 egg. Sandwich was ok but nothing worth noting. Overall I got done out of an egg. Should have stayed home and cooked an egg.
Tried the chicken pho it was light and fresh. My daughter and myself loved the broth..Chicken was a little chewy but I don’t mind. One of the best pho’s I’ve had in Redmond Bellevue area. Friendly staff & I’m gonna go back next time I crave for pho. Wish they had a vegetarian or vegan option.
Convenient Pho place in Bellevue. Pretty good food, fair portion, and nice staff. Wish they'd give me more than 1 napkin tho. I'd give 3 stars. Now most importantly, they never got my orders wrong. I ALWAYS ask for no cilentro and green onions--for the past few decades I've been to more than a dozen pho restaurants--I can't recall a single place where they've consistantly got this right, except Papaya at Crossroads. This totally worths 2 stars. So 3+2=5 stars.
The employees are very rude especially the woman who took the order.. banh mi was good.. thats all
Pho is ok for the mall. But, pricey. The Saigon Soup is $15.49. Current menu here.
