This is regarding my recent experience at the Panera at Factoria Mall, Bellevue, WA.I enrolled in Unlimited Sip Club during Covid, it is a perfect place for me to grab a cup of coffee in the morning. It became my daily routine now, but most of the time, I order coffee only.At first, I mobile order the coffee then wait curbside. But Panera changes policy, you at least need $5 purchase for curbside pickup. It makes no sense to ask the crew bring a coffee out of store for a free order. I understand it.Since making a coffee is super simple and I'm not ordering anything else, this Cafe requires customer self-serving coffee if nothing else ordered. It's just a coffee, customer can do it by themselves without wasting the crew's time. I understand it.But recently, the manager asks them taking all the large coffee cups out of reach, so I have to wait in queue, ask for a large coffee cup even though I already mobile ordered. This is extremely inconvenient and waste everyone's timeI mean, if you don't want the customer taking the large cups by themselves, then don't ask them self-serving !!! Make a coffee for themOR if you want customer to self-serve, make the large cups available to them. I mobile ordered because I want to save some time. Don't make this harder for anyone without any gaining.Don't take off your pants and fart, it is totally unnecessary. Old Chinese saying.But I want to say this review may change when they make a change based on this feedback because all the crews in this store are super good and friendly.
I have been coming here consistently since September and have always had a good experience with the staff and food at Panera.
Had pizza, coffee and blueberry scone. Pizza was good( margarita) but coffee was just okay. Had bear claw also it was nice. Blueberry scone was just average. Service is fast not much waiting time.
They mis heard my order at first and gave me the wrong sandwich. Once I told them the manager immediately made the one I want and gave my wife the wrong sandwich in a box. Remedying it in a timely manor was what prompted me to give them 5 stars. Thank you.
The manager of this store saved my meeting. When a near by store cancelled my order for 30 people at the last minute I called and spoke to manager, Vee, and she took care of me and delivered the order on time. It was a big hit.Many thanks to the staffs that worked on my order.Will definitely order from here in the future.
Food is pretty bad and coffee is overpriced. The bakery items are okay. Pretty typical of Panera Breads, but I stopped by for a quick snack and didn't have many options. Service was excellent, so kind and quick which is why I didn't rate lower and the food is typical average Panera anyways and not worse of better than other Paneras.
Ordered cob salad looked great but no dressing after being charged xtra for an additional dressing.
I know everyone is under staffed but they made my order wrong. It was not super busy and it still took a long time which I was completely understanding about but to take the long and then make the wrong thing that is not even on the menu is ridiculous. I checked to make sure my order looked right without fully examining every detail in the store. Too much money for the quality of service.
So lame to order food from a restaurant and have them simply not give me the one vegetarian thing we ordered so my daughter ends up not having anything to eat when the food arrives. How about a phone call?On top of that I just don't like the food; if it wasn't that my daughters like the honey walnut cream cheese I'd never eat here.
