They didn’t even want me and my family to wait at one of the tables while we waited for chow main to be done and added to two of the plates. I get that they closed the dining room area however, there were other people in the tables and they didn’t get asked to leave, only my family and I. Also they should show better customer service and consideration, and not single out people.I vote with my busine$$ and they won’t have it here anymore.

Its ok, panda express tastes good yes. But this one almost everything ran out. I had to pick foods that I didnt like so much because everything was finished. But panda express on its own is really good! (Try the orangechicken or the honey walnutshrimp WANING: theyr'e sweet!) So, wasnt the best experience but atleast I had lunch. I would give 3.5 stars because (not the food) they should bring more food and supplies on weekends.

I was very insulted today at panda express Bellevue Square Mall location. I thought about going to Panda Express and get fried rice with Teriyaki chicken during my work lunch time today, but the staff told me that temporary sold out and needed to wait at least 10 minutes, I wanted to save my rest time so I gave up and chose other dishes, the staff serving me very friendly and packed up quickly for me. When I went to the checkout, a female cashier was cashing out a customer, they kept chatting, even though I was waiting, she didn't tell me that she would help me soon or ask other staff to help me to ring. When they ended a topic and moved on to a new topic, I said to a staff member behind her "Could you please help me to ring the meal? I will get back to work soon I have less time", and the cashier turned her face to me and said with disdain attitude "Hey ma'am, do you know in the public speak so loud is not polite?", but the music in the store was loud at the time, I just wanted to make sure the staff heard from me, and I was shocked and puzzled by the cashier's attitude, so I told her because I waited for a long time, she repeated my words in a very disdainful tone. The cashier made me angry and I left the store, I don't know how the manager of this store trains the staff in service, I CANNOT accept such the arrogant attitude, so that's why I am writing the review. In the end, I want to ask the cashier employee why are you so proud of your terrible service? Think about it!- It happened around 3:30pm, Thursday afternoon. 3/31/2022

Went on a Sunday 5pm. It was pretty busy, only two employees serving the line of people. Girl was generous and gave good portions. Rice/Noodles were not hot or warm. Protein choices were decent. Crab Rangoons had no filling at all and tasted like old oil.

Service wasn’t good, food was awful and egg rolls were burnt almost black. They have ruined me for Panda Express the rest of my life. All the people giving good reviews here obviously have never had any good food from panda. Anyway I would say most of these reviews are not true. That’s my take and I’m from Alaska.

Ordered the big plate. Entree selected was Shanghai Angus beef, pepper beef and Hunan chicken along with fried rice. As an Indian my taste buds are set to the spicy Indochinese food available in India. So I found the spicy ?️ dishes more sweet. And the Shanghai Angus beef steak and Hunan beef good?. Price wise it's pretty decent and affordable.

Often a long line that moves very slowly, with only one employee preparing order and one cashier. Today at 2pm on a Sunday the line was down past the neighboring storefront. I almost never see the store manager out helping when they get a busy rush. If you see a long line do not bother coming here.Otherwise good typical Panda food

why is there no cutlery? Today we went to eat, we were not even told that there were no forks, when we opened the package we did not find anything to eat, why is this happening? we were hungry, they came to eat with a straw !!! awful just awful! terrible staff! when asked why there are no forks, they answered us very angrily! I will not come again!

Waited in line for quite some time and was told to wait some more for fried rice, which is totally understandable as it was quite busy. After the fried rice was ready, those who ordered afterward got their plates but mine had been completely forgotten about. Had to gently remind the servers working that I was still waiting. No apologies, no acknowledgement from the staff. Not a big deal at the end of the day, but the experience could be a lot better.

The manager's mask did not cover his nose. One employee did not wear her gloves when scooping food.
