It was good but the shrimp were impossible to de-shell and extract even the tiniest morsel of meat. Not much instruction provided for newbies. We made a smoke screen of a show until we learned that we can request a new heat plate⦠I wouldnât suggest going straight to the club in the same clothes worn here.
Great choices for grill including really nicely seasoned Bulgogi. Recommend saving the sauce they give you for another beef dish, as I think it detracts from the flavor of the Bulgogi. Side veggie dishes are ok, nothing special (sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, kimchi, potato salad). Service is as expected. Attentive to get you started, but they leave you alone after the food is delivered to the table. Could have used a drink re-fill. I found the "all-you-can-eat" $44.99 a bit steep, especially since if you order more the first standard amount they bring you and don't eat it all, you are charged a surcharge. I'll go back though as the beef is really good. Ambiance better with a group of people, 4 per booth would be perfect, everyone can take a turn at cooking on the grill
Standard fare Korean BBQ. Lunch runs $38 per person and is all you can eat which is great if you have voracious eatera in your party. Staff is attentive and doesn't seem to give attitude as you take advantage of the all you can eat portions, as some places I have been do. Meat quality and flavors were okay, but nothing spectacular.Biggest gripe is that the ventilation seems inadequate for a BBQ place and the whole restaurant felt smoky once the lunch rush arrived. Interior (seats, etc) are also definitely a bit run down.
This was our first time. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday. The food was yummy and the experience of cooking the food made for a fun rememberable one. Will be going there again. Very clean and inviting.
An AYCE-only Korean Barbecue spot that has some good options! I was not a big fan of their sides, but the meat and rice were quite nice! There's a $5 for leftover meat charge and you are limited to 1.5 hours for dining time. I liked their marinated beef and the LA short rib. The sauce they provided was also good. The water tasted a little weird though.
Marinated short ribs and pork belly were very good. Nice variety of side dishes. Service was friendly and prompt. Appreciated the frequent changes of the grill.
Hidden fees!!We were very excited to have all you can eat Korean BBQ. Later we got the bill, they charged us 4% living wage to cover employer mandates, which means it’s not going to the servers, we also have to pay all amount of tips. We were not upset about the price, but upset that they are not being transparent as we were not informed in any means that there will be extra charges, cannot believe this is legal!!
The server was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.
Good quality of meats and excellent service. Would recommend!
It was great!
