Phone staff were very nice. The pizza is worst we have ever eaten and we r old so we have had many pizzas in ur lifetime. They accurately gave us 50 minute delivery time…that is all that was good. Canadian bacon was NOT good, nor was the crust/cheese on it. We had one bite each and threw it away -$37 wasted. No napkins and it was cold. Unfortunately for us we will go to sleep hungry?
Pizza was amazing, but we ordered a Sicilian Chicken Salad and it came without chicken. Also no napkins (that they specifically asked for how many people) or utensils for the salad. Would have given 4 or 5 stars but... no chicken or forks. The order was to-go so didn't inspect bag until back to hotel 10 minutes away.Update: They ended up refunding the chicken salad for us. Nice to do that. Gave back 2 stars. Would go back.
Good ordering service by phone. The pick up time was within 5 or 10 min of my scheduled pick up, just little late which these days is saying alot. The pizza itself was ok. Its always a matter of personal preference and i think decent. Just not my personal favorite. The crust is old school italian. Overall i would do again.
Great solid Pagliacci Pizza. A nice gluten free crust and as always quality toppings.
Pagliaccis is really the best! The pizza is my favorite in town. Tonight I called to order and I had to come say, Mai-Lynn is an absolute gem. She has the best customer service skills that I’ve experienced in months. Employees like that ensure repeat business! What a delightful experience!

Decent approximation of New York style pizza. Expensive compared to the real deal. $24 a pie is crazy, but I guess that's just the Seattle experience. Service was good.

Super tasty pizza at a reasonable price! The owner was delightful and really cares about his food and customers. Particularly liked the crust and the sauce was delicious. Will definitely come back. Also very yummy reheated and cold as well as leftovers too. Would definitely recommend and will come back for more!
