The milk tea is watery and not much flavor. We bought multiple cups with different flavor since a few of us buying them together. We have tried a variety of boba stores in the past, but this one is the worse. So disappointing!
We ordered a half dozen boba drinks and everyone enjoyed their treat. Great service and they quickly prepared our order. The gang had a fun time taking selfies in front of the wall mural images.
I ordered the chocolate ice cream and waffle and it was delicious ?. Also bought a milk tea with boba and that was also really tasty. Will definitely buy again!
Waffles are amazing! 10 of 10!The milk tea is okay. The main drawback is that it taste sort of powdery. But boba topping is very good.

Loved it! We ordered Mango green tea with lychee and rainbow jelly. It was awesome. Service is very quick and staff is courteous. Now this is our go to place in this area.
This is by far my favorite Boba place in the area, I go here all of the time. The service is super quick and the workers there are super kind. Just last week I dropped one of my beverages in the parking lot, and they remade it for me, no hassle. The Boba tea and waffles are also just super delicious. Would recommend to everyone.
