We had the best birthday dinner tonight thanks to our waitress, Kerry! (I really hope that’s the right way to spell her name!) She was amazing! We had a bunch of special requests and she got everything exactly right. She seemed super busy but was incredibly positive and friendly the entire dinner. We had such a wonderful time tonight and can’t wait to come back!

Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Food came out in a timely manner. You look forward to returning.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Portions were as expected. Steak fries were crispy and hot.The Mac& Cheese had clearly been reheated after coming out of a cooler. The middle was hot but the noodles on the outside edge were really cold.The steaks were overpriced for the low quality of the cuts. Ordered an Outback Prime Rib, medium rare and a Ribeye, medium. The "Prime Rib" was choice at best but most likely select. The marbling was very inconsistent and fat heavy along the edge. Both steaks were poorly prepared with neither having any searing. The fat was soggy throughout rather than crisp at the edges.

I’m so annoyed. I have never ever complained about food in a restaurant but tonight we went to Outback. I ordered an appetizer and we had steaks. Ordered them medium. The blooming onion was so crisp and the onion hadn’t been peeled. It would shred like sawdust when you went to dip it. So I told the waiter I knew it wasn’t his fault but the app wasn’t very edible. I was super nice and reiterated I knew it wasn’t his fault! Our steaks come out, well done. So burnt. My potato was “loaded” but had like 3 shreds of cheese. That was it. I didn’t even say anything just asked for the check. He comes back with the check, not split the way we asked so he says “let me take your cards and I’ll split it” so not thinking we give him the cards before he printed a new bill. At this point the manager refused to take the app off of our bill, but wouldn’t come to our table to actually see the food. The waiter ran our cards and brought the receipts to the table. Luke looks at our receipt and we had been charged for a drink we never ordered and supposedly a $5 game. We didn’t even have one of those electronic things at our table….. I don’t think I’ve ever had service like that in my life. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ The salad and shrimp were good! But the rest ???

Always great service! Love the wi gs although hot isn't hot! Maybe offer a hot sauce fir dipping!? Also tried the new steak and shrimp pasta.

I always recommend this Outback to family and friends. My husband and my kids come here on a regularly (it’s our restaurant of choose). The ahi is the BEST! The filet mignon and ribs are my go too delicious…I just really want to acknowledge the staff. We have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know the owner.. He is so friendly, cares about his staff and the quality of food getting to his customers (he is Awesome). Now onto the servers Carrie & David are stellar (They are incredible servers, Carrie actually feels like family. We have know her for years since coming to this restaurant. This past Friday we had a new server named Caleb. He was great! Seriously, we really enjoy this location and always have great dinning experiences…..

We sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome. He was super busy and didn't miss a beat.All around great service.

Customer service was very mediocre, absolutely nothing special and hardly up to par. The food was horrible! Meat was almost all gristle and gelatinous goo, over seasoned, and not cooked the way we ordered it. The veggies were dry and raw with no butter or seasoning. The Mac and cheese was also cold and dry. Maybe the food would've gone down with more beverages but the server never came to refill the water or sodas... We won't be returning or recommending this steakhouse.

The steak was cooked perfect. The service from Logan was superior and the manager Arturo took care of our every need! Thank you will definitely be back!

Waited 10 minutes to get a table in the near empty restaurant, service was slow, and the steak was absolutely terrible.
