Review is for karaoke. The host refused to start her show or even announce she had a show until she had at least 5 singers. I did wait an hour and enjoy food and a drink, but that was ridiculous! I paid my tab and left.
If you have nowhere else to go, go home instead but avoid this place. I've been here with my husband about three times. Two of those three they have lost my card. The first time my husband went up to collect it and was told my card was no where to be found but they found it soon after. Today I opened a tab, left my card with them. I went to pay and they said they don't have it. That I never opened a tab. They started counting all the cards and mine isn't there, even looked at my ID. I had given my card, grabbed my drink while my husband had grabbed his and we had walked away and later the guy had said he was 90% sure I didn't open a tab while the lady throwing things said I didn't have a tab. Really? A nicer way to handle it would have been, "I really apologize. We seemed to have misplaced it but why don't you give us your contact and we'll give you a call? You can even check back tomorrow". They only believed me when my husband walked over and said he saw me giving him the card. The guy gave us one drink for free which is a nice gesture but a lot had passed by then. I'm never going back here. I feel unsafe. Who has my card? Why won't you believe your PAYING customers? If they can't take care of their customers and their property, I can't in good conscience recommend this place! The way they handled the situation was terrible. And that is why I wouldn't recommend it to others as well! I had to cancel my card. I'm out of a card for a week and I had to pay a charge for a replacement. Thanks.
Great place to visit, get a burger, play pool, have a drink or sing karaoke. Not to mention play Naughty Bingo.
I have always loved this place! Albeit i am a pool shooter, league player and well this is like home! The food is amazingly good and staff is very friendly, add in a digital jukebox, what is keeping you? Come on out
honestly place sucks and the pool tournaments make it very difficult to hang out. Awful service as well. My brother is blind and he even said the service sucks.
Can’t never play pool or enjoy time with the stupid pool tournament going on. Also 16 dollars for a pitcher of beer… screw that.
A very comfortable ambience and an active crowd. The staff are friendly. Beers are good and I especially loved their Garlic Fries... Good place to hangout for Snooker/Pool and chatting over a couple of drinks.
Guy bartending told me to leave my drink at the bar when I went to the bathroom, I said no that's not safe, and he proceeded to argue with me and get upset.PLEASE BE CAREFUL LADIES.Also the lady bartenders are super rude so do yourself a favor and just stay away and stay safe.
Great place for meeting up in the Kirkland/NE Bellevue area. It is known for pool tournaments, fun staff and owner, good food and pretty good overall crowd.I have been a customer here for years when it was named and owned by someone else, but it's still a fun place to go to.Check it out if you never been.
