Nick, the kitchen manager, made us a delicious pork belly and brussel sprouts in a Japanese whiskey sauce dish that was SOOO good that I can't wait for it to be on the menu!!Thanks Nick!!!!The other Nick is cool too!
I feel bad leaving this review because the place is great and the stuff are very nice, however as a burger addict i must leave this review, i had burgers in over 200 cities in usa and 30 different countries around the world, but this is hands down the worst burger i had in my entire life, i had a burger in a war torn middle eastern country and it tasted better than this, came in there with my buddies on friday and we tried their burgers, wow, i get that this is a pun and not a burger place, but this is 2022... the average price of burger in usa is $5, in pubs its $10, and around the world is $7, this pub is charging $20 yes 4 times more than average for their nasty burger, i could not finish it i had to throw it away, i feel scammed, listen dont serve burgers if you gonna make them so bad, meat had no flavor , veggies were not fresh, bread tasted bad... you guys deserve less than 1 star on the burger
Killer Happy Hour (3-7, 11-close) with good food, 4 pool tables and staff always goes above and beyond. Could not recommend more!
Friendly staff, fun environment, and nice pool tables. My friend and I came in to play pool. The tables are a lot nicer than standard bar pool tables with more room around the tables as well. Staff was very quick in checking in on us to see if we needed any help. Nice spot.
I had the fried cheese bites, food was not very good. Waitress was nice but she seemed like she had been drinking or something. Not to be rude that's just how it seemed. Vibe was fine but definetly a dive bar.

Well, let's see. Where do I begin........ I have lived in Newport Hills for 15 years. I moved away 2 years ago and the go to spot was this place. Not only will I never come here again, I was appalled at the severe lack of attention to any customer. Or is it because I'm white and my boyfriend is brown? Who knows either way, we waited about 30 min to order food. The servers were hanging only around the bar. My boyfriend had to go up and get the attention of one to even order our food, and we were clearly ready to order when they finally "noticed". The entire atmosphere is like dead and dull BORING AF and will never come here again. Avoid at all costs
Always a great place to go with the bf we enjoy the low key calm atmosphere and don't ever fight here (which is rare ??) good place to relax and be by yourself too. I love how old it seems to not be updated and I love that more than anything.has pull tabs and drinks are yummy the employees are very cool and chill and I hope they stay forever

All but one bartender I have encountered is good, very welcoming and friendly. The older lady with the long dark hair, was unfriendly. Made me feel like more of an annoyance than a customer. Not going back
