Terrible place! The miso soup was served in dirty bowls. And the soup itself is just miso paste in water, nothing else. Sushi is mediocre, nothing special. I was rather disappointed.
I’ve been living & working in Bellevue for over a decade. This sushi spot has the best, most straightforward menu, with a small quaint vibe. Fish tastes fresh & great. Highly recommend the Summit roll! Give them your money
Tasty and huge portions. Sunset roll and japchae bento were both pretty good.
I love this place ! Bento is so good and fresh ! Their rolls are amazing delicious . We go their twice per weeks at least. Really Worth to try it!
This is a takeout place with a few tables inside. Would not recommend dining in - you don't get a different level of service and the ambiance is cold and uncomfortable.Sushi rice was very dense, smoked salmon in the Steam Roller was most likely the costco kirkland brand stuff, and the 8 piece seared salmon was fully cooked instead of seared. Tall plastic containers are provided to pour soy sauce into - my seared salmon fell apart at first dip. You have to pay for water (should be free when dining in - at least tap). Go to Kura instead - better quality, value & ambiance.
First time visit, ordered the Inside Out roll (unagi sauce, tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, onion, shredded onion, mayo crab, spicy mayo) & a side of miso soup. Generous ratio of fish and the good stuff vs. rice fill; fresh fish & quality ingredients; maybe a bit too much heat that drowned out the taste of salmon & tuna but still very good. Other review states $8 rolls but the price is actually $8.95, which is basically $9 not $8 + King county sales tax of 10.1% + convenience fee (service charge) 3.5% + generous 18% tip...you do the math. Unfortunately, miso soup was an after thought; low quality instant powder mix; high sodium & no seaweed or tofu cubes. Good luck with street parking. A little hard to find because of variety of names: Musashi Roll House (Google maps), Musashi Cafe Yeti Bento (Yelp), Yeti Bento (store front signage), Musashi Cafe (receipt). Just look for Top Pot Doughnuts on the corner and Musashi's is right next door (there's a slightly larger location in the Factoria neighborhood). Main menu board directly in front of ordering counter shows only rolls. After purchase, I noticed menu board on the wall behind the counter showing bento box, rice bowls & additional items. Good quality rolls (not only $8); skip the salty miso soup; friendly service; several dine-in & outdoor tables; worth another visit. Support your local small businesses ??
I’ve ordered Bakeme , Crunchy Shrimp, and Insideot. Rolls in the pic on the menu look a lot different from what they really are. Plus, they are jumbo. Additionally, my order was expected by 7:10; however, I spent there extra 25 min awaiting my order. The quality is bad. Disappointed!
Five stars. I like that the rolls have more meat and less rice. Quick service and great price to boot.
The Boba Thai Float is incredible!!
Great sushi but never seems to update their hours or the ordering system for when they close. Still takes orders and charges my card. This has happened multiple times.
