Great place for game enthusiasts of all levels and ages. I got to sit and eat in their cafe while my car was being serviced nearby and the server was great. The food selection isnt spectacular, but I ate all that I ordered, so at least what they have is yummy.I definitely want to come back and rent some of their spaces for a small get together with gaming friends.
First time ever going to a board game cafe and this place did not at all disappoint! Huge space and staff is super friendly and helpful! Tons of board games to choose from and if you can't decide, the staff have some great recommendations! Highly recommend on any night and if you want to have a beer or two and enjoy some fun with friends!
Went in with the family to play a board game, drink a few beers, and have some dinner. It was great fun! I have been to several places that were the same idea of board games and beer, but this was by far the best executed example I have ever been to. Definitely recommend paying a visit and having some fun!
For a board gamer who loves good food and drinks this place was a little bit of heaven on earth. You can borrow for free many different types of board games. Also their sourdough grilled cheese sandwich was simply wonderful. You would be surprised how many people screw up a basic grilled cheese. Also full bar to compliment your evening board games. I had to add staff was legit, SUPER helpful, available, and friendly

Excellent fries and bean burger! Fries were breaded and deep fried. Bean burger was also potentially deep fried, because it had a perfect crunchy outer layer. Fantastic! There was only one or two IPAs on tap, but it looks like they had a big bar with lots of liquor as well.As far as the concept of this restaurant goes, I was thoroughly impressed. I was expecting more of a dirty cafe style, but instead, I got a nice restaurant with a game library on the other half of the building. The tables were very long and can easily seat eight people playing games. One could borrow a game from the game library, and enjoy it with food, beverages, and friends.
Go here for apps and games!We visited for the first time yesterday, for a date night. We took a few games out of the library, which was awesome and fun. The appetizer we got was good and a decent size, however a bit pricey. I ordered their most expensive cocktail and it was one of the worst drinks I've ever had - and it was tiny for the price. I wouldn't recommend going with their cocktail menu and just ordering from the bar if you are going to drink. We ordered dinner and it was not restaurant quality or portions at all. I highly recommend not ordering meals here, it's way too expensive to justify. The staff were wonderful, polite and had positive attitudes that made the experience really fun. We'll definitely be going back again and again - just not ordering meals next time.
The store is beautiful and choked full of board games, accessories, tabletop figures/paints/etc, trading card games, and so much more! The restaurant also has amazing Chipotle Mac and cheese! The staff was super friendly and the overall vibe was elegant but chill. I can't wait to come back!
Love love love this place! Insane gaming selection whether you are into board games, tabletop games or role-playing games! Staff has been consistently professional and knowledgeable over multiple visits. Plus you can get a beer and/or something to eat and play a game while you eat!
This used to be my go to spot for lunch in Bellevue but after today I will never return. Brought my family and kids in today, everyone who needed to be is vaccinated but my mom’s phone died right before we went in which had her vaccination info on it. The server gave us no leeway or let those of us who had proof vouch for my mom and promptly kicked us out. Welcome to nazi king county and the gustapo zero tolerance rules enforcing service at Mox. We’ve had a good run.
