Mod Pizza has a really thin crust, even on their thickest crust. The quality of the ingredients is good, the results are tasty and the pizza comes out fast.I personally prefer a thicker crust.
Exactly what you expect from MOD. Strongly suggest ordering online / ordering ahead during lunch; the office worker rush is definitely very real, and the local school kids will drop in as well, making the line go to the door if not occasionally out the door.Staff here are super fun and nice, so added bonus
Mod pizza normally is a nice place, today may 2nd 2022 at 09:45 we were not welcomed and the manager said we're closed although the place was full of people, he started cleaning while we were sitting, he closed the doors, he started throwing chairs.Please get these kind of people out of this place
Pizza is great!! Loved this pizza... it's fast, quick, delicious and reasonably priced.the employees were 2 different spectrums.. one employee was very sympathetic and gentle to a person (possibly homeless) in the place who was sitting and falling asleep in their establishment, asking him to leave... another employee was too busy talking with other employees, to notice a lady with 3 kids and a stroller nearby trying to leave the establishment.. she cudv used some help with the door as she was trying to handle 3 rambunctious kids.
My family is visiting from Vermont, we really wanted pizza and read the reviews and decided to try MOD. This place is amazing! Haley was the greatest! I accidentally ordered to the wrong store, she immediately called and had the order moved over and remade. Her customer service is outstanding! I appreciate all their effort, and the pizza is out of this world!
Only two employees working but they did a great job. Nice and friendly. No grumbling or griping. I wish I had gotten their names to give them each a shout out. My food was good and prepared quickly.
2 hours online yesterday and today to place a $173 order with various system issues with zero helpful messages or assistance to resolve. Phoned in the order received 18 item order to receive to wrong pizzas and 11 without names of pizzas but lists of ingredients, very unhelpful. Must have been the rep because my order the next day was resulted in pizza names on 12 pizzas, perfect, thank you.
Burnt.Found 3in plastic scrap in my pizza. But not before I was pulling it out of my teeth. Quality control??
Great pizza at a great price.
Although the choices of MOD classic aren’t that much, you can make your own pizza here! Highly recommend ordering online as the waiting time during the peaks is usually longer.
