Attended Vogue Knit Live. Nice facility, easy parking. Had to walk a bit to find an open restaurant on a Saturday afternoon.
Don't buy VIP for a concert there, they wouldn't let my wife get that this section for a while even though they gave her an arm band to show this. She was pretty bummed she couldn't see the band very well from a distance. There is no assigned sitting either.
Good place for events. Felt crowded and the escalators weren’t running though.

Very nice convention center
Great location, well maintained convention center and theatre. They have stairs, escalators or elevators to get to the desired area.The restrooms are well maintained and have sanitizing stations and mask mandate signs in the building.The sound system in the theatre was also good.Parking is little high but expected at a downtown location. Closer to transit station
Very clean and the coffee cart owner on the 4th floor Bruce is so kind. The deck in the 4th floor has incredible views. Close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The only compliant is the women’s bathroom on the 4th floor has an inoperable sink for about 4 weeks.
