Didn’t like the coffee… too much cream! Food was good, but pricey.
Lots of different flavors and drink combinations at Mercury’s! My go-to is the Bee’s Knees with soy milk. Their drinks are a little on the sweet side so I always ask for half the flavor. This location is huge but a bit loud so if you work in quieter environments this probably isn’t the place. They have a large assortment of different sweets and pastries, as well as sandwiches and salads. If you don’t want to wait in the line (which can be pretty long depending on the time of day), take-out has been pretty convenient and fast.
The worst! We’ve been to two locations in Redmond and those were wonderful. We came to the Bellevue one today and it was terrible. We ordered two drinks and BOTH were made wrong. One was a vanilla chai with coffee, they gave us a spiced chai with NO coffee. The other drink was a frappe and they gave us a hot drink. My husband went back in about the frappe and they remade it. He brought it out and they put NO coffee in it! I worked with coffee for 6 years and I’m so confused how this could even happen. No refund or anything. Sadly, I would never recommend this location.
I spent a couple hours here today with coffee and an excellent pastry, trying to get some work done on the computer. I work well in noisy coffee shops, but here the staff were screaming customer names over and over every 15–30 seconds, in a jarring tone, much louder than was necessary. It was incredibly distracting and would be very difficult to have a conversation. In addition, the service was extremely slow. They have obviously recognized this problem, and have multiple fairly rude signs stating that if you don’t like the wait, you can download an application to work there. Just being there for two hours was brutal with the constant yelling, I can’t imagine an eight hour shift. Perhaps making it a better place to work would make it easier to get employees. No surprise that this is about the lowest rated coffee shop in Bellevue. I would choose somewhere else if I were you.
Was very disappointed in this coffee store. Lots of staff. No one was exceptionally friendly. I bought the brioche with frosting and a rice crispy treat. The marshmallows should be melted into the treat more. Take them off the top. The rice crispy treat is dry and I wanted it to taste soft, and chewy, and stringy with marshmallows melted into it. I was very disappointed. It’s a huge store/cafe and I expected it to be more fun and lively.
Great coffee, great food, exceptional staff. Great place to grab a coffee, lunch and spend some time. Great location. Don't miss it. The Cinnamon Rolls are Amazing. Bring 6 friends and share one on your way to the endocrinologist.
Good coffee and food. Can be crowded at times. Good place to work if working at coffee shops is your thing. Plenty outside seating. Staff is nice too!

Great coffee and selection of snacks. I tried their chicken curry sandwich and it was delicious. Their sitting arrangement is really good and I would love to spend some time on their patio during summer. The location is just perfect where you can spend hours.
Coffee is really good. Ample parking space available. One thing I noticed is that not all baristas give you a chocolate with your cup of coffee. I've seen people getting two sometimes. Not sure if it's only for specific coffee. But great service, taking off one star for not giving the chocolate ? Also, their platinum rewards card is great! Do sign up for it, you might actually save $10 on your first visit.
