unlike most McDonald's (the lazy ones) this one is fast service and HAS the lobby open like it should be!
I pulled up a few minutes before closing and there was a decent line formed at the drive thru. The staffing looked limited and they only had one window open. The staff got us through the line quickly and we got food in a matter of minutes. Very good service

For the first time I used the feature on the app where you just order your food and pay for it with a credit card then drives through drive-thru and tell them the order code that gives you. You then pull up to the window, they hand you your food and you're out of there. It was great.
Didn’t have time on my lunch break to go back but why are the burgers not fully cooked. I can’t ever get a receipt from the drive thru so I can get a refund. This is completely unacceptable that burgers aren’t cooked.
Cheaper than other McDonald's in the neighborhood. Most of their staff is very poorly trained and absolutely any hiccup just shuts them down.
I can't speak about customer service or anything like that but I go there every other Thursday night after 10 p.m. and every time my burger has been piping hot fries fresh and super hot it's the only McDonald's that I get excited about because I know their food is somehow better at least in my experience most places the burgers don't seem as hot I don't know maybe that's weird
You can't get Copper River Salmon all year or the McRib. Both are extremely slippery, hard to find, and should not be consumed in a car.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I have lived in Eastgate for 21 years and over the past few months every time we go there's a problem... from their machines not working to scan the apps and the employees getting upset. From them randomly stopping all day breakfast but not posting an signage or updating their website/app. Today was the rude GM Christina and me telling her my order was incorrect. Won't be back
