Never open, employees will stare at you while you knock to ask about store hours. Employees don't wear gloves or masks while handling food. Children working in kitchen. Rude at drive thru. Altogether worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
Order 3 orders hot cakes and sausage this morning.Got home to find out they didn't add the sausage in my orders.☹Call the number to complain but no body answers.
Wow! I don’t even know where to start. I was picking up an order for doordash. They gave me the order & I put it in a doordash bag & I was about to leave. Then I see a McDonald’s worker yelling at me. I opened the window to see maybe I forgot a part of the order. A woman screamed at me: “ did you get everything you needed ?” I said: “ yes.” She told me: “ why are you not leaving then?” I said: “I was about to leave, I just put the order in the bag. ( which took less than 10 seconds). She said: “ you can move your car and do it somewhere else.” I told her she was rude and left. I’ve never ever had such a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I would understand her frustration if I was a difficult customer or stood there for a lengthy period of time. But I stood there for maybe 15 seconds! My car literally started to move when she yelled at me. So I had to stop it and open my window to hear what she was saying. I GET THAT WORKING AT MCDONALDS CAN BE STRESSFUL & not very life-fulfilling but it’s not an excuse for being SO ANGRY & SCREAM AT PEOPLE FOR NO REASON!I
I go almost everyday after work and they have very bad costume services in the morning.... The manager show help his crew on there actitud and how to have a good costume services

Manager was telling me It was my responsibility to remind the person who was taking about what sauces I wanted with my nuggets at the first window. It’s definitely the first windows responsibility. Started arguing with me at the second window when I asked for 1 honey mustard.
In this restaurant there is an Asian person who is always angry and once he yelled at me when I went to pick up food and there have already been 2 times when I have problems with this same person because he wants me to move when there are no cars behind me. I have asked for his name and he never wants to give it to me and I have come to this restaurant for more than 7 years and I have never had problems with any of his workers until they hired this person. Surprised to see the half filled Sunday. We ordered through mobile app. The Sunday was pretty much half the quantity and half melted. When we asked they said it’s the right quantity.
Fries are 80% of the time fresh!!! Service is fantastic and drive through speed is pretty quick as well.
