Why is McDonald's in the US so bad? Or was it just this location? The service was rude, the fries were over fried maybe a ton of times? And the fish from the file o fish has seen better days - the patty was just not crispy o made of fresh fish, I don't know how to describe it. I just threw this away.Horrible. Impossible to compare to the taste, quality and service in Europe.
I ate here in the end of April and ordered some scrambled eggs, I eat alone so I’m in my car eating my eggs watching a show when I felt a sharp stab in my throat and I started to choke. I choked for nearly 20 secs and started to see stars when I was finally able to dislodge what was blocking my airway. Come to find out there was a long plastic piece in my eggs!! I went to McDonald’s and showed them, wrote a incident report and told her I nearly died in my car cause of this! Their claims two weeks of taking my pictures and realizing the stress that’s caused me and yet they refused to do anything about it. So I will be calling a lawyer.
Its McDonalds so that pretty much says it all. If I'm getting fast food though it's usually one of my first choices.
Amazing customer service! It was very busy tonight when we went through the drive thru, yet everyone who was working had a great attitude and smile. The gentle man who gave us our food had the best personality ever! That man deserves a raise for how he handled the multiple situations we witnessed while we were there.
I used to buy Iced Sweet Cream coffee elsewhere, but the flavor has been off, too strong, and not good. On a whim I tried Iced French Vanilla Coffee here and it's 10 X more delicious for half the price. Love it ☕
For quick food to fill your belly, then go for it! Just remember one thing, McDonalds is not a substitute for a good nutritious meal. The apple pie is my secret sin though! ?
Not sure if the dining room is open, but I went to the drive-thru service and got my order very fast.
The slowest McD in the entire U.S. literally. Waited 10 minutes directly in front of the intercom but customer service kept telling me to wait to order. Not sure what the staff were doing. Then when I received my order, it was completely incorrect. The manager (some older lady with dark hair that was tied back) just gave me the receipt without an apology or attempt to fulfill my actual order. Talk about bad customer service! Won't ever return to this place again.
The service is pretty good despite the fact that you can tell the employees are overwhelmed. Sometimes the fries are not piping hot so that's really the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it's a consistent place for cheap cravings.
Don't trust Google when it says they're open. They have the lobby closed because they're paranoid about covid, and they closed off the drive-thru.
