I understand it gets busy, I understand when you are out of fountain drinks, what DO NOT understand is when I order a double patty burger.. I only get ONE PATTY.Would've returned but I'm on lunch @ work.Order number is :1233
in and out - not sure why theres so many negative reveiws for a fast food place. its like if they had super high expectations like one would expect from a high end restuarants. Its a fast food place and mostly teens are running this place, give them a break haha. we loved ya! order was perfect and food was exactly what we expected - fast and sloppy - nom nom bnommmmmmmmm
The automatic teller machines do not work they freeze up all the time and they do not accept the reward codes half the time they make you spend all of your time doing the order and then kick out your reward codes. I'm sure that they're happy that nobody is eating inside of the restaurant anymore and ordering in there. You will not be getting any more of my money
Found a hair in my burger. A one star won’t affect this massive conglomerate fast food chain but for anyone that reads: have a wonderful day and take your health into account~ we only have one body
For some strange reason the McDonald's by my house which is on 25th by University village does not sell my one and only thing I like for breakfast which is bacon egg and cheese biscuit so I can go to any other McDonald's in the city and get one so that's what I do yay for them at least I can go somewhere else and get it
Drive through super slow.Edit: turned out even worse, I finally got to the front of the line and they don't have my food for some reason. They've sent me to park somewhere else and wait.I literally just ordered a single chicken sandwich, no modifications or anything. Not a difficult order.Took 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They clearly felt bad and maybe it's some weird one off, but what the heck.
That spicy crispy chicken sandwich is something different, would definitely recommend and this McDonald's location in general is class
All fast food places seem short staffed and food tends to taste like it's been sitting. The workers seemed nice but busy still learning
I ordered large fries, and this is what I got. I asked the staff twice if this is what large fries looks like and they said yes.
Right on the website it says big Max buy 1 get 1 free evidently this McDonald's doesn't obey by what their signs and websites say because they charge me double and the manager said oh well we don't offer that every single time someone. Worst McDonald's will never return
