The worst McDonald’s on earth. Can’t even take a simple order correctly. Missing straws, missing napkins, you name it. Happens during the early morning and night, basically whole day. What a joke.
Worse McDonald's in the area. Came in the morning and the sausage burritos were cold and hard. (Tip: Get something else)Came in the afternoon and there was missing item in my order. And no, if you placed a mobile order they will not refund you for their screw up. They would rather have you drive 5miles back to the restaurant to pick up the missing item. Also, didn't even apologize for their mistake. In fact, I was told it was MY mistake for not checking before driving off. Was it so difficult to check the order before handing over the food? You just have one job.
The coworkers at this store seem to hate their job or just customers in general. Also, they don't accept paid orders through the app, and don't apologize for you having to go back in and cancel it to get a refund. Coworkers were condescending when explaining their espresso drinks. Worst service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's.
There are more visible security guards than before. They roam around the parking lots and this would deter bad guys from breaking in cars. Also the presence of police office just below the food court next to the escalator would create a safer atmosphere. Kudos to Tukwila Police Department.?
Ordered a pair of Bacon McDoubles without onion because I'm mildly allergic. Got halfway through the first before realizing they had onion. Went back through and got replacements. One of the replacements *also* has onion. Now I'm going to be throwing up instead of going to work in 20 minutes.Confirmed, I have now thrown up and as I work in the food industry cannot work for the next 24 hours. This location cost me a day of wages.
Great staff! Something is off with diet coke so we just get our fries and cheeseburger extra ketchup no pickle. Plus the occasional sundae. The location always gives the sauces for the nuggets and the kids appreciate it!
Nobody on this day was able to speak English and get my order correct! They stood there and looked at me shaking their head up and down as if they understood and they got the completely wrong sandwich
The burgers were dry, my friends double cheeseburger only had ketchup on it and alot at that. The FF's were cold and my regular, burger was super dry. The birds liked it tho. And my McDonald's app is so slow to get on line that I can't pre-order. I understand from one of the workers there that that is an everyday complaint
Drive through lines are usually long. They tend to get the order right more often than not. Usually fresh fries. Ive cream machine working half the time
If you want a McDonald to ruin your day, that’s your go to. With a value of $20 order, you will come back twice to make your order right. Still, customizations are not respected at all. Eat at your own risk.
