The service here is pathetic. I actually used to love LL but the poor customer service has resulted in the permanent loss of my business. The last straw was when we ordered food online and discovered they made a mistake. No big deal, it happens but when we called them wanting to have it fixed, we were told that they would not fix it and that there was nothing they would do. It would appear that they've lowered their customer service standards to a level where you aren't even owed the correct food you ordered. So sad.
Forgot my wallet and used an app to pay for my food...They had kind staff, good portions, decent food. I didnt get diarrhea.It worked out great.
My husband and I just tried this place this past Saturday and it was amazing! I got the lil chicken fried burger, sweet fries, and a banana shake (all amazing!) I definitely crave those sweet fries all the time now! I will say that the Shake wasn't really impressive (it was banana cream pie I believe?) tasted just like a plain old banana shake but was happy with the portion size for the small (because it was actually small!) Our full order was $45 before tip which was great. Will definitely come here again!
I personally had a very poor interaction with the worker there today ( 2/2/2022). To give you a little background story, I had placed a online delivery order through the lunchbox website on 2.1.2022. That order was placed one day in advanced and had about 18 items in that order. When the order arrived, I was organizing the items and putting my coworkers names on them when I noticed two of the Lab Chop Chop Salads wasn't there. I was frustrated but understood that this was a big order and things can easily be missed. So, after a few minutes of organizing the items and double checking to make sure I was missing those orders, I went to call the store to see if I can go pick it up. I call and they agree to make the lab chop chop, when I got in the store and the worker handed me the items he then says " Just to let you know those salads were already in the bags, but that's ok." That sentence took me by surprise and I said back "Well, I double checked and it wasn't there that's why I called you informing you that those salads were missing." He then looks at me and says " Well you ordered two lab chop chops right? those were in the bag, but like I said its okay." I then responded "Two? No I ordered 4 Lab Chop Chops" I pulled out the receipt and showed it to him. He then just brushes it off like its nothing and says "you're all good then, have a nice day."I usually don't write review posts EVER, but this interaction really made me upset. I never once yelled at them over the phone or in person or even said anything snarky. This was a delivery order so why would I lie and go out of my way to go pick up the Salads? I tried to be as understanding as I could but, when those words came out of his mouth it just made me feel like he was attacking me and telling me that I was a liar. As someone who never been to lunchbox, this was a really poor first experience and I'm not sure I'll be coming back or ordering from here ever.
Always check your order before you leave the store. Do NOT order online! We ordered two burgers which come with sides. Despite requesting tots, both the orders missed the sides. This is weird since the order invoice stapled on bag had all the sides, subs and sauces clearly mentioned. Do not assume that just because the order is stapled, it's complete- It's NOT. They were quick to remove the items we requested to remove but very conveniently ignored "all" the substitutions. The burgers had no sauce and were dry af (despite asking for "medium rare". They even gave us wrong sauces on the side. It's like they decide how you should be eating their food. Waste of money!
Good burgers and other menu items. The hype is somewhat overblown, but wow my kids were all over it. My Bleu burger was the right amount of Bleu. Everyone enjoyed what they got. Fries were good, shake was killer. We got the Boston Cream shake and it was exactly like drinking a donut.
Came here for lunch and it was amazing! The fried pickles were the best I've ever had! Mik was really nice! The burgers are delicious and good sizes! The onion rings and sweet fries are perfect! Definitely coming back! Oh and check out the Groupon for a discount! Great service all-around
Lunchbox Lab is great and their food is always one of the best burger places. I would strongly advise double checking your order for takeout. They hand you a bag stapled closed which would indicate that the order is complete but since the pandemic I find that the order is incomplete more times than not. Don't leave until you open the bag and ensure nothing is left out. It's so disappointing to get home a realize parts of you order were forgotten ?
My brother suggested this place as it was close to his house. The menu is very creative. When we walked in, we were probably one of 3 parties in the restaurant. I thought the service was a tad bit slow. We had ordered appetizers, which came quickly, but the food came out very slowly. The server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic. I was very impressed and was a great choice. If you are thinking about this place, I would strongly suggest you check it out.
The most horrendous service I have ever had, and I have spent 30 minutes in a fast food drive through before.We had a reservation made in advance for 60. Only about half showed. We were able to order drinks and appetizers quickly. It took AN HOUR for drinks to arrive, and though we were assured appetizers would be right out, they did not arrive for another 30 minutes, at least.I then found out that half of our party had had orders taken for their meals, while half of us were completely left out and missed. We had to corner the waiter to get the rest of the orders in. Over 90 minutes into our reservation.Some members of our party started getting their meals, while none of us who ordered appetizers earlier had gotten those yet. HOW??? Those who ordered apps got to watch people eat burgers and fries and tots while we had nothing.I wanted to order a second drink, but the server was so inattentive and I didn't want to wait another HOUR to get it.Absolutely ridiculous! The food isn't even good, and they don't know how to mix a drink. Not worth waiting 2+ hours for food. That's apparently what you're in for when you come here.We brought a big group ready to spend money and make merry and Lunchbox Lab acted like they didn't care about raking in a profit. Unbelievable. My friend said the burgers here were the best in town, but I wouldn't know as I had to leave for a previous engagement 3 hours into the night. Thankfully, my friends offered me bits from their plates when they heard I hadn't even gotten my appetizer. I feel great eating leftovers at a restaurant.Truly truly terrible and I will never recommend this place to group looking to book space. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the low quality service was abysmal and I will never go back even if someone else is buying dinner. Not worth it.EDIT: Lowered to 1 star. A friend was able to bring me my meal to go. However, the cheese curds were missing and despite being charged $4 to add chicken to my salad, that was forgotten too. What kind of restaurant can't even get a salad right? The portions were tiny and not at all worth the price. I reccomend not going here, ever.
