I ordered 4 Asada tacos and 2 El Pastor tacos. Both were decent, they weren't the most flavorful tacos, but they weren't bad either. The green spicy salsa didn't have much flavor, but had a good kick.Overall the customer service was top notch and they were very respectful and polite. It's not the best taco truck, but it is definitely far from being the worst!
Really liked their tacos and the Diablo sauce. The staff were nice and friendly. They can make any menu item as vegetarian. Not too fond of the wet burrito though — wasn’t bad, but nothing exceptional.
The tacos and quesadilla we had were very tasty. I can tell this food truck uses quality ingredients. They do not cheap out on seasonings or quality meat. It really shows in the flavor of the meal. The service was fast and friendly as well. Reasonable prices. Probably the best Mexican food truck I have experienced in East Bellevue and I have been to many!
So I’m new to this area and finding a good taco truck is hard to come by ! So I found this one near me and decided to try it. The first time I visited this place my husband ordered 5 pork tacos (adobada) and when he came in the car and I opened them they were beef (asada) ??♀️ They were really ok but I don’t like beef tacos I always order adobada! Being 36 weeks pregnant and craving pork tacos and not getting them was a disappointment !! So I go here again for the second time with high hopes hoping I get my order right this time and when I ordered adobada tacos I get pastor ??♀️ I dislike pineapple on my food so I just took it off and ate it ? then for the third time I come here and decide to tell them last time I came they gave me pastor instead of adobada they said they don’t have adobada it’s just pastor ??♀️? like wow why couldn’t U say that last time !! So I ordered 4 tacos without the pineapple and pork chilaquiles….the tacos tortilla was so dry I couldn’t even enjoy it at all!!! The chilaquiles were made with tortilla chips ! Chips! I grew up eating real chilaquiles with real tortilla! That has def drew the line and I’m never coming again! Taqueria Guadalajara has better tacos !!
We tried the chupacabra burrito. If anything, I'd say that there was actually a bit too much meat in the burrito. Maybe a bit more veggies or rice would have been a better balance. But erring on the side of giving more meat is ok. The burritos were large enough to split into 2 meals. Nice and spicy with rich flavors.Best horchata that I've ever had! The large size is actually quite huge. Again, enough for 2 meals.
Used to be very good, not sure what happened but the burrito that used to fill me up is now about 25% more cost than a year ago and 33% smaller with less beef. On top of that twice extra Pico de Gallo was interpreted as no pico de Gallo..this time I tried to be very clear and she even asked me if I wanted it on the side or in the burrito and I asked for both please..but nope, neither when I got home. So now I'm now one unhappy customer wondering what else to eat to fill up.
Not as good as it used to be. Had a Carne Asada burrito, the meat was so over cooked and dried up I couldn't eat it. The green hiot sauce was so thin and lacked flavor. I need to find another taco truck that stays consistent in quality.
Great Tex-Mex food that reminded me of Colorado and it is close by.
By far one of the best taco trucks. VERY AUTHENTIC FLAVORS. They have a large menu so finding something great is never a problem. ???
After finding this spot, we ate here thrice in 4 days. The service was super fast with our orders ready in less than 5 mins each time. I ordered a Wet Burrito and chicken quesadilla. The wet burrito was so delicious and huge served with generous amount of tangy, spicy sauce. The quesadilla had a good quantity of seasoned chicken. I would love to be back and try all the items in the menu :)
