This place is fun and that's their main attraction. It's also very high quality meaning the food, the service the cleanliness and everything else operation wise is going to be excellent. I would highly recommend it to people with kids or people wanting to give a japan-like experience to newcomers.As for the food, it's a solid 6/10. It's not going to blow your mind: it's regular, food court type. And we were surprised to pay over a $100 for 2 people. We might bring visitors in the future, but we won't be visiting again by ourselves. If you want better sushi just go to any other restaurant.
Took my boyfriend for his first belt sushi experience and it was the best place for it. It was my first time to this particular belt sushi place and is now my favorite one. They have this robot that brings your drinks and after 15 plates you get a prize. It's a very cool and interactive experience.
Food is good, but I've been to other locations across the US and this one has limited selection. Not sure of it's a supply chain issue, but no sushimi was available. The robot they use to deliver some of the drinks is cool, but made the service very slow.
I really liked visiting this place. The food was good but honestly wasn't the major attraction. The conveyor belts are very sophisticated and your drinks are served by a robot! There's an app to join the waitlist before you're on site, so if you know you'll be there at a certain time, worth checking in ahead of time.
Great experience. Wait time wasn't too bad for a Saturday. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food is good quality. If you go with a group, it can get pricey but it's worth the price.
Found this place online decided to check it out and so glad we did. This place has great sushi as well as other dishes. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The selection was fantastic. Coolest part is when you order drinks it's delivered to your table by a robot that plays music and talks to you. This place is a great place to have a bit of fun ordering drinks and enjoying some good sushi.
If there's one thing this restaurant is, it's fun. I went here with a friend and both of us really enjoyed our time here. We went during a time that we thought nobody would be eating and there still was a wait- the waiting list assumed an hour but we were able to secure a spot at the counter after around 20-25 minutes. I imagine trying to come here around lunch or dinner time would require a much longer wait. The food itself was great- there were a lot of items I loved here that I don't like at other sushi restaurants. I love that there's both the conveyor belt as well as individual item ordering, and the fact that everything is delivered to you by robot or by conveyor belt is so fun! I especially love that after 15 plates you receive a hello kitty and friends themed toy. What a great experience Kura provides!

We had to go upstairs to spend time, good thing they text you when you're near the top of the list.Two of us had a very good dinner, drank sake and had dessert and spent $100 with tip included.
Cool robots and conveyor belts deliver food to the precise tables. The wait wasn't too long. Good food with some vegetarian options. Most dishes are $3.30. We ordered 15 dishes to see what prize we'd get. It turned out to be a microfiber towel, which could also be bought for $3.30 without having to order 15 dishes. Overall we spent $80 between 2 people, which isn't cheap, but for what we got, plus the cool technologies, the prominent location in Bellevue and taking inflation into consideration, it's not too bad
Unique experience. Mobil robot drink valet. Self opening plate covers (after several practices). Food menu items delivered on a second faster conveyor above the regular rotating conveyor. Food was fresh, fresh, fresh
